Woman Hits Pedestrian With Car; Ends With Her Being Arrested Naked

The AP explains:
Philadelphia police say a woman who struck a pedestrian while making a U-turn on a busy street was nude when officers approached her. It is unclear if she was naked ahead of the accident or if she stripped just before police got to her car.

He would pull down his zipper and then walk up to women to ask them a question. He SAID he was trying to find out if they would notice that his zipper was down and find out if they would tell him.
