Not 'surprisingly', because we have been warning of this for 5 years....Starting with Ron Paul Revolution
Went back to college in my 40s...Was there for it. Had we cultivated those students, we would be much further ahead. They got scooped up by the professors and pushed the wrong direction. This is exactly why we need to infect the college systems.
Democrats get nothing done because the Republicans gridlock them, and the same is true for the Republicans. Of what use is a Libertarian in the white house, or a few in congress, when they will have both the Democrats & the Republicans stonewalling them together?

Anyone else find it interesting that former Presidents Clinton and Carter had other travel arrangements?
Now our so called president is an insurance salesman. Is he going to start cold calling people’s homes at dinner time to peddle his insurance plan? What a joke of a president. I guess we get what we deserve.

She should have gone to court. Judges don’t like it when you fail to show, regardless of state. Like another poster said, this has been going on forever.

Last time I checked, Washington DC was part of the United States and needs to abide by the Constitution. What a bunch of crap. I bet they don’t even do that sort of thing in Cuba.
There’s a difference between creating wealth because you have a great idea and good work ethic along with a little luck and creating wealth because you have the inside connection. There are all kinds who are wealthy. Some are good who provide for their fellow man and there are those who are crooks. It is foolish to lump them all into the same group and hold them all up as pillars of the community.

Angel eyes, are you a member of the NRA? If you were then you would have gotten the NRA ILA email which breaks down the bills and the veto statements that Brown made. There were some really bad bills that got vetoed today. Me thinks that you are not and are one of those guys who just likes to blow a lot of hot air, but won’t put in the time or money to make things happen. A lot of you DO NOT understand the political situation here in California. I do and live in Los Angeles. Brown did not have to do anything. There is no pocket veto for California. He could have done nothing and all and everything would have passed. That would have been the politically expedient thing to do. There would never have been a recall or any threat of no re-election. It is worse here than you outsiders even can begin to know. Brown did the politically risky thing by vetoing the worst bills. Do I wish that California was a free state like Arizona, of course. However, I understand the political realities of this state and where we currently are. We are hanging on by a thread and I will take any friend that I can get to try to get back my state. After today, it is clear for any Californian who really understands what is happening here that Brown is a possible friend. What he did took guts in this political climate here in California.

The lead ammo ban only applies to its use for hunting. We will still have lead ammo here to shoot. He did it for environmental reasons. He vetoed the bad bills because he wanted to do the right thing. He does not have to fear any recall and he is not worried about votes. These things never stopped past governors from voting for all the crappy legislation of the past. I think he is actually a pretty good man and is leaning towards libertarianism.

Pure political theater. Obama is a little, immature jerk of a man. He must have been bullied a lot when he was a kid.

Voters need to retire him, McCain, Boxer, Feinstein, Pelosi and all the other old hacks.

What a BS position anyhow. We should just get rid of it and save a little coin. Its like being “The Minister of Traffic Lights” or something along those lines. What a joke.

This is the kind of crap from this administration that really pisses me off!!! What the hell is this we won’t release information to you member of the press even though we are required to by law because we don’t like what you are going to write. Is he ****** kidding me? Please tell everyone you know to vote Republican and explain that we need an impeachable majority in the House and Senate to remove Obama, seriously.

That’s why we have these things called amendments to change parts of the Constution when we feel that those parts are no longer working. It is an adaptable document by design. It is also constantly changing through Supreme Court interpretations. This is what happens when you sleep through through your high school government class. What a moron. A perfect choice for an Obama appointee.

Saved the taxpayers of Ohio a lot of money. For that, they should be grateful. Best possible outcome.
