  JHRUSKY Certainly, over time the earth will assimulate whatever we place on it. In the case of nuclear contamination, it’s what, 50,000 years? How about all the people and animals that get sick and/or die in the meantime? They don’t count?
  Thanks for agreeing with my stupid statement on pollution. Speaking of doing harm to humans, do some research on the DDT ban, and see how many have died because of that. Or take a look at some pics of Hiroshima, and Nagasaki. Compare those with pics of Detroit, and then tell me what causes more harm, radiation, or liberal policies, and regulations. Here’s another example, one medium volcanic eruption like St. Helen spews more pollutants into the atmosphere, than all the exhaust from vehicles, since the time they were invented, or so I’ve read. I’m not completely sure on that, because that article was written by an expert in the field, and you all know how smart the experts are. It’s the experts that told all of us dummies, that the Titanic would never sink, or that a jet-liner could never take down the Twin Towers. Didn’t they also tell us, back in ’73 that we would be out of oil by now? Here we are with enough oil in our own backyard, to last a century, or so the experts say. Just keep listening to the pros, and everything will be fine. Myself, I don’t believe a word of there crap. And by the way, if you libs don’t like the way trash looks out on the water. why don’t you take a barge out there, and pick it up? Instead of

  Oil,,, if you spill it they fine you, yet they charge fees for permits to remove it from the earth. You would think that they would want us to get it all out of the ground, if it is such a pollutant. The fact is , that oil will not naturally mix with ground water, and when artificially mixed, it will naturally separate over time. You should have all learned this by the time you finished elementary school. Remember when the teacher poured water in the cup of oil? The oil rose to the top, separating itself from the water. The indisputable fact is that we, as humans, are not capable of polluting this earth. Everything we produce, including toxic waste, comes from materials on this earth. They will all assimilate back into the earth. That includes all the oil based clothing, that those ignorant protesters are wearing, and the fuel that they burned, to get to the protest site. You know that if people would just use a little common sense, we could live in a much more prosperous, and clean world.

  He seems pretty successful, for a stupid guy. One way to get rid of the corrupt politicians, is to start voting for statesmen, instead of low life politicians, in all your elections. fed, state, county, and city. it’s easy to tell a statesman from a politician. A statesman(or woman)doesn’t run for office, they accept it from their peers. All politicians, go out and run their mouths, trying to appease everyone. You know a statesman, by how they conduct themselves, publicly, and privately. All citizens must realize, it’s not just the other guys rep. that is bad. Take a close look at you’re own backyard. first of all, the lawyers, and accountants, must go.
