  Why is it that in a nation were we have the FREEDOM of not FROM Religion, meaning that the Government can not force a Religion on us. This is not to say that Government is not to be influenced by Religion. So how is it that the Humanist ( Atheist ) can push out another normally Christianity and the legal system take the Humanist side? Where what the legal system should do is to tell the Humanist they can put their doctrine in along side of the Bible, Torah, or Koran.

  The Founding Fathers of this nation intended for us to accepts all Religions, that is not to say that are Laws are not mainly Judaeo-Christian That even the Atheist Thomas Paine that inspired the initial Descent from the British Monarchy.

  So every time a Court sides with the Humanist they are violating your rights via prohibiting the free exercise thereof your Religion.

  Let me start with I like Jon he makes me laugh but the war on Christmas is not about the snowman or a giant blinking candy canes Santa, or Toys it is about The Savor Jesus Christ and the attack on our religion,

  U.S. Constitution – Amendment 1 Amendment 1 – Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression. This is not the same as the Left freedom FROM Religion, so the Atheist Religion ( of Humanism ) has no more right over any other and can if the were truly as smart as they think they are would just invent a way to enjoy ( enter time of year here ) and leave others to theirs. A city hall can be decorated with a Nativity scene if the citizens want and other group can as well if they care to. but Atheist or any other non-Christian do not have any right to remove them. They can protest if they like.

  Freedom of Religion means that I can worship whom/what ever I like and that the Government can not tell me I have to be ( insert organization /religion here).
