Has Gun Ownership in American Homes Really Decreased This Dramatically?
March 11, 2013 at 8:29am
I was also thinking that a lot more people are remaining single a lot longer than they used to. If each single person counts as a “house” hold, that’s a lot more houses.
Seems to me there was a time that people used to have to own property to vote. That way, they had a vested interest in what happened to their country and their money (taxes.) Not as likely to “vote themselves the treasury”, so to speak. (That changed in about 1850.) I understand the need for the change, but there was a certain rationale to it.
The Surveillance Camera Footage of Burglars Breaking and Entering Into an N.C. Home Is Surprisingly Fascinating

That’s why I have a German Shepherd and an Emergency Back-up German Shepherd. A nice thing about GSD’s is they don’t bark if they don’t have to. Bark to alert the family if they are home. Don’t bark if they want to have a little “play time” all to themselves.
Poor criminals. Out-thought by a dog. It’s a good thing that GSD’s don’t have opposable thumbs.

In a future generation…the fine folks who work for this newspapers may be the ones licensed by the state to use their “permitted” First Amendment Rights! (words are far more dangerous things than guns could ever be.)
This story could be far more prescient than it appears at first glance.
Mormon Women Get Death Threats & Spark Gender Debate After Staging ‘Wear Pants to Church’ Campaign

Pigpen,
Re: “Sorry, LDSMOMMY, but I was a full-time missionary, we DID teach that dresses for women and white shirts and ties for men were required dress, if not, then Sunday best…”
You Taught…wrongly. Conjecture and “culturally suggested attire” does not Doctrine make. I see why you are no longer tied to the religion. I wonder how many people you influenced with your mis-information. I’m willing to bet that you were the first.
And try a little less haughtiness. It doesn’t become you.
Here Are the Top Five Things You Can Do to Protect Your Privacy on Google

Try Gibiru. It uses the google engine, but uses a fake ip address to screw with their tracking. I just deleted my gmail accounts prior to March 1.
Thru an unholy alliance, Apple and Google took my notes off my ipad and transferred them to Google. When I deleted my gmail account, my notes were also deleted off my ipad. Additionally, google now has an archive of my account (can’t re-use an already used but closed account) and has a copy of my notes, but I DO NOT. Yep, I’m pissed. At least there was nothing sensitive in those notes and I learned my lesson.
Ann Coulter to O’Reilly: Michigan Win Shows ‘Democrats Are Terrified’ of Romney
March 1, 2012 at 1:22am
Divided we fail…
Yep, your response truly sums it up. The real reason evangelicals support the “not-mitt” flavor of the week is pure unadulterated bigotry.
Congratulations. You will keep Obama in office because your hatred for a religion is greater than your desire to improve the country. Remember, the person you choose in the primary has to be approved by the moderates come election time. The moderates outnumber the libs and the conservatives (connies? I like it, so…reminiscent of another party of intolerance. Hmm.). Anyaway, the moderates outnumber the libs and the connies by a big margin.
Choose someone the moderates can’t stomach, and prepare for another four years of belly-achin.
Coulter was right. It’s time for these primaries to be OVER. The GOP blew it when they allowed it to stretch out this long. Obama is lovin it, and the MSM is laughing all the way to the bank.

Or a cylon virus…
…Seriously though, with today’s airframes as “integrated” as they are, a snafu with a processor can affect any and ALL kinds of things…things you wouldn’t have ordinarily have thought as being something tied into the computer. I wonder if the back up oxygen system their talking about is a “stand-alone” system not tied to the “net”.
Whatever it it, they need to get it fixed. Fast.

Nope, gotta disagree. Brokering is just what the Dems are hoping for. Extend the Hoopla and the pain even more…plus more money gets spent on the liberal media advertising machine! Win-win if you like the man currently in office.
