  Note. Over a minute went by before either officer made mentioned of the phone being a weapon. And I’m sure it was recording well before then. So why wasn’t, with fellow officer standing next to this guy, the officer felling threatened then? As soon as the recording started, one of the two officers should have verified if the phone was or wasn’t a threat . So the cops need to go back to training. Clearly they allowed themselves to be out into harms way. And use a bit of discretion. Clearly they are being asses. Take the adult high road and be calm and realize you were a day late to the party by asking to shut phone off/verify if a weapon. The cop was pulling a power trip. And, WTF on the smoking on sidewalk being a fine? Good luck Cali with keeping taxable income in your state.

  For love of pete Bill is becoming an ass. Bible thumping does come across as demeaning. You Mr ORielly, with your extreme knowledge, should know that. So just because fellow right leaning thinkers point that out on how it might come across, doesn’t mean you can say they are wrong. And why can’t people with beliefs use that as their reasoning? Last I check I don’t need the government or high minded thinkers like yourself to tell me that isn’t a good reason to base it off of. People are just using that, FAITH, as to why they think the way they do. Love of pete come back to reasonable logic instead of getting you undies in a wad.

  The woman clearly should’ve checked the phrasing before saying what she said. Obviously. But man the judge was a jerk. Seemed he kind of liked the power trip he is able to bestow. He clearly sent her away the first time with “bye bye” and then calls her back to then say “10k bond”. Couldn’t have made that point before? Not to mention maybe she seemed a tad out of sorts. The judge needed to be a bit more professional.

  Good luck with that Egypt. Checks in that mail Oh wait, it is Obama running things. I don’t support this “pastor’s” views, but support his freedom of what to say here. If our DOJ partakes in this, we have more than our election to worry about in next few months.

  Hyper sensitive comments. I am sure no one would laugh if they knew it was someone in distress. More often than not, it can be attributed to college students doing some version of a “jackass movie” antic, or someone is on the run from the police. Which in turn if they wipe out in the median it is their own fault. I would bet if someone had a telepathic way to know what was going on in the car, and it was an emergency, they wouldn’t make a video post laughing about it.
