@Xylophone_Discordance
You refuse to understand the meaning of “law”. Just because a certain prosecutor or jurisdiction may “choose” to arbitrarily enforce or not enforce a law does not negate the written implications of said law. You are arguing “letter” versus “spirit”; the former is objective and the latter is subjective. I’ll go with the ideas of the founders of our country. We are all equal under the law. When you equivocate or bend the essence of any rule of law, you create an imbalance that has precedence. That is not a good thing. Break the law, prosecute. Sentencing is how you deal with an inequity in the “spirit” of the law.
I will no longer call you obtuse. How’s about just plain ignorant.

Once again, NO. Possession of said magazine is illegal in D.C. Gregory broke the law. He should have been prosecuted but wasn’t. If you don’t see a double standard or can’t wean yourself from your silly argument, you are obtuse to say the least. Your repetitive replies also make me think you might be a ‘bot, regardless of your repeated assertions to the contrary.

“… laws have purposes.”
Uh, yeah, they do. Don’t break them. You have a decidedly sophomoric understanding of logic. You can’t stand for a “law” for one and not for all.
“And I’m not even for the law. I think anybody in the country should be able to own any kind of a firearm they want. But it is the law. I have to follow it, and so does Mr. Haddad.”
So, according to your last statement, Mr. Gregory the Pius should be prosecuted for breaking the law. Thus, you, hypocrite. QED.

Perhaps you should reconsider your remark to All4Freedom. Just because you decide to lump yourself in with any “common citizen” as your peerage doesn’t mean I have to do the same. Take your “French Revolution” understanding of “citizen” and shove it.

“What hypocrisy? Possessing an illegal weapon is less serious than possessing with intent to sell.”
Oye, dipstick, hypocrisy is “do as I say, not as I do”. You can’t dismiss one man’s illegal action and abhor another’s. So, yes, hypocrite you are. I guess you also have problems with defining and understanding the word “illegal”.

@Mercenary
Ignore Encinom. He’s just a ****-plug troll with a weepy hole that has nothing to say. The only oath he honors is to his idiotic, liberal ideology of self-delusion and Obamanitis. Pity him if you must; I choose ridicule since it’s all he/she/it is worth. Same for you, YourSenSei, Wango, whatever you’ve cowardly renamed yourself.
