  People never think. Okay, they claim to have a hidden message for kids in case they are “with the agressor adult” so tell me…how exactly does the child know the adult cant see the message? If the child can see it, wouldnt he/she assume the adult can too which defeats the point of “secret message” i am guessing the people who developed this are liberals. Great theory but not very realistic or well thought out.

  As much as I would rather see bamboo shoots up his fingernails I am behind the Miranda rights 100%! Reason being, number 1, it sets a very bad precedence and it’s not good! Today a Boston bomber, tomorrow a conservative. He is still an American citizen no matter how much I, and I’m sure many others, hate it.

  Secondly, Even having more than enough evidence against him…still anything he says prior to being mirandized which leads to anything else cannot be used in court. It is “Fruits of the poisonous tree”. At the very least, it will be a long hard battle to admit the evidence in court. For instance, if he was to implicate anyone and give evidence to the fact and the police go and arrest that person. That person can get a good lawyer and get off due to the information that lead to his/her arrest was tainted or gotten illegally due to fruits of the poisonous tree.

  A story about a DEMOCRAT fundraiser being stabbed instead of shot and we are suppose to play nice, pretend it’s “just called NEWS”. If Beck was just reporting news, my guess is he would have left that statement out but without it, it wouldnt really be a story for here would it? It’s not a viral cute dog playing video like his typically “just called news” non stories.

  Glen doesnt always speak the truth. Glen claims he’s not into conspiracies and yet that is ALL Glen is into. I USED to watch Glen on Fox and listened to him every day on the radio until he grouped truthers and birthers into the same category. At that point, I lost all respect for Glen and have not watched him since. Sure I come here but only to check out the stories and post a comment from time to time.

  So little miss perfect, who are you to lecture us? I personally dont care what you or others think when they read comments, that is what FREE SPEECH is about. You dont like it, dont come here but dont you dare sit up on your high chair lecturing someone to NOT exercise their 1st amendment right because you dont like it.   I feel for the loss this family has suffered and especially for her husband. That is a horrible thing to happen to anyone and on ones wedding day is just sick. I pray for the family.

  That said, have no fear democrats, now that she is dead she will vote at least 4,6 maybe even 10 times.

  The Cambridge Police and ALL Law Enforcement involved acted stupidly, and this time for real! The debacle they created for 5 days is just mind blowing! If anyone thinks they are heros, must not be too bright and if the police think they are “American’s finest”, then we are all in a heap of a mess! While they shut a city down to go door knocking and pretend to play Bruce Willis, the only thing they proved was how inept, incompetent and childish they are. Seriously, did anyone listen to them on the police scanner? They sound like a bunch of scared 12 year olds not knowing what to do next. I am surprised I didnt hear “mommy” in there. They just showed every would be terrorist in the world how easy it is to shut down a city! So, my guess is we will see something very similar but it will happen in multiple cities at once.

  When someone is raped, child abducted, etc.. where is the first place police go to look? The sex registry. Well..the brother was interviewed in 2011. We all know how much the government loves making list. Why didnt the police first check their “suspicious terrorist” list in the Boston area? They would not have to release photos giving them a heads up. The police could have sat outside the apartment and arrested the brother… surprise and at the same time, go to Dartmouth to arrest the 19 yo…surprise. I dont have a lot of faith in police, I have even less now!
