  Again READ the Article and LOOK at the picture. The Woman left $6.29 tip based on the 18% tip. It might been scribble on but it is STILL there. READ “Adtl Tip” Meaning “do you want to give more than the 18% we already put on your bill?”

  She put a “ZERO”

  Pastor was dumb enough to put a snide comment on a receipt. Heck the service could been awful.

  The Server was dumb enough to post it on the internet, do something stupid and get fired from your job. It is not rocket science.

  They are appointed so they can not be swayed by public opinion to just be re-elected like the politicians that lie every time a camera is in their face. Appointed so they rule based on the Constitution instead what the public wants.
