I disagree. one incident can be looked but if you can one after another after another. I think then would be probable cause. IF ALL THE NEIGHBORS ARE SAYING SOMETHING! And note The police in California didn’t believe they neede3d a warrant to kidnap a baby. The cops here never followed up on what they did come for. And even if what they had wasn’t enough for a warrant how about a stake out to find it.

To Rationale. Try common sense. The fact that the police didn’t check back on the issue the came fore clearly shows dropped ball. And frankly I think the police here are trying to save face but there’s a clear failure here. they were called to the place THREE TIMES and never once went in. now I’m normally a privacy advocate but with the banging sounds and others the police didn’t get explainations or check it out themselves. this a story seen too many times. remember the last story like this with that poor girl. There the police once again failed. And consider this. In California Police broke into and kiddnapped a baby on heresay of a hospital yet they could break in for this?
