One last thought OK? OK the government is too stupid to handle Katrina and is inept at everything it does, right? Yet their smart enough to take all your rights and shoot you right before you can do anything about it right? Just checking.

Wow this really sucks! I can’t stand the looney left and now I find out I can’t stand you retards either!

  • March 31, 2012 at 5:34pm

But they do make a 50!

Did you ever think that most of the DHS agents and officers are conservative like you? I know I wouldn’t shoot USC’s and I’m sure our military and other agencies feels the same. I’m sure if things get that bad the government is going to have a real problem of conservative government employees turning sides. Sort of like a sleeper cell of conservatives.

I wish the liberal press followed all of you at your work as they do at mine. Then maybe just maybe you all might understand. Could you imagine the corruption and conspiracy theories that could be created. Think about it when your working a camera and a suspicious reporter that doesn’t understand your job watching you. I’m an honest person and I give a days pay for a days work. I work for good even though you the aluminum foil wearing conspiracy theorist bunker dwellers don’t think so. Oh ya look out for the zombies ;)

true but this isn’t anything different. Ammo contracts have been going on in this country for a long time.

Dude do you have an education?
I don’t like Obama anymore than anyone else. But if you think this anything like Nazi Germany, or Russia your clueless to history. You still have rights and no one is getting shot in the streets or baked in a oven so I’m sure in your angry little world you would like to shoot a cop but it’s not going to happen.Take the time and talk to a person who actually survived the Nazi’s or Pol Pot and your easy life in the US will look great. Here’s a little homework for you, read the comment you wrote to me and try and find the facts to back up what you said. Don’t forget your foil hat.

Just buy Winchester PDX or the Winchester Ranger, it’s the same as Black Talon without the black wash and a different name.

Wow would you all make this much stink about the military getting ammo. Oh that’s right we are Nazi’s and we are after you right? When I work to stop crime in this country all of you call us Nazi’s. Remember the soldiers swear to the same oath as federal agents. You Vets out there, did you like being called a baby killer? I didn’t like it either as a Marine and I sure as hell don’t like it as a DHS Employee. You don’t like check points? Me either! Try standing out there in 115 degree heat dealing with USC’s that scream all their problems at you and call you a baby killer and a Nazi. All we are arresting out there is drug smugglers, wanted criminals, and illegal aliens. Remember next time you feel the need to vent at a checkpoint, your just wasting your own time.

    Where were you during Katrina?

  • March 31, 2012 at 1:05pm

It’s the same thing with the pistol contracts. I don’t remember what the exact number is that was purchased but it was a lot. By contract the firearms has to last 10,000 rounds. Seems like a lot but most only last around 6,000. Remember lowest bidder.

  • March 31, 2012 at 12:46pm

Federal still has a contract but for 180 grain instead of the 155. The contract is decided by having the bidders submit 5000 rounds for testing. All five thousand are fired, if there is one misfire the bidder is dropped. There is also performance evaluations and cost that is considered. The Federal 155 grain is a very hot round and destroys most firearms from prolonged use. The 180 seems to be the better choice.

    Wow really?

  • March 31, 2012 at 12:22pm

Michalin is that all you got? Michalin if it’s your pathetic world I’m going to see no thanks. I see a lot of people name calling the CBP/DHS because of Katrina. Where were you when Katrina happened? In front of your TV saying, “Someone should do something” or were you there trying to do your very best? Everyone thinks they have what it takes and voice their opinion on what they are going to do but the fact of the matter is most of you can only handle an intense experience that involves you sitting on a toilet.

Sorry to see even Glen Beck isn’t above sensationalism and false reporting to make a buck. The contract is standard and is renegotiated every five years. It seems like a lot of ammo but every class of new recruits goes thru 40,000 plus rounds of ammo in the academy and stations go thru 100,000’s of rounds just to stay current with quarterly qualifications. Remember the contract is for five years and any ammo left over is sold to the public. Sorry to the conspiracy theorists out there too, you can come out of your bunker now.
