The dirtbag is given the option of surrendering or getting the dog let loose on him. Usually more than once. The dirtbag chose the dog. The other option would have been for the police to use lethal force, I’d prefer to go the dog route even though it did not work out well for the dog in this case.

The training records for the dog should be public record. If the handler does not have training records, the PD is sunk. Have any reporters asked for the dog’s training logs yet?
On the plus side, I’ve trained my dog to sit and bark with a hand signal, I guess she could work as a drug dog in NM.

You’re right, the couple is responsible for their misfortune. It really sounds like they made a series of bad decisions. Starting out on a hike without enough water. Traveling in an unknown area without a proper map or gps. Not turning back when half the water was gone. No radio. Not notifying anyone as to where they were headed. And the number one rule when lost in the wilderness; fi stay where you are help will find you.

Anyone else see the face of a gorilla in the upper left?
How about a dog on the right side?
I think the fat blob swallowed them.

most likely a confrence call where particpants dialed in to have ol’Joe talk at them, not with them, and questions/suggestions were handled by a intermediary if they were allowed at all.

It is racist and an undue burden on the citizens of Ithaca to require those wanting to sell their guns to the police to provide identification. Call Al Sharpton and the ACLU! Why isn’t MSNBC running with this?

“at times arguing that U.S. law didn’t apply to him because he was a sovereign citizen of a group that was above state and federal law.”
He was just saying he's another crook from Chicago.

You’re right, there is too much we don’t know. Like how many of the 107 points came from the free throw line. I’m guessing the high school teams play every year. Is it possible that last time these teams met the blow out went the other way? Funny thing about high school sports, you have ups and you have downs. We had one coach in our league that had 2 years with some very gifted boys on the team. He left the starters in for all but the last 2 minutes of the games. Well the gifted class graduated. The result of this coaches actions:
1) The kids that were coming up behind the gifted ones had 0 experience other than “garbage time” and thus were not able to compete when it was there turn.
2) Every other coach in the league remembered, and it was their turn to dole out the thumpings.

I blame Disney. No, rabbits do not wear cute little coats and talk on telephones made of acorns when people can’t see them and there is no “reasoning” with animals.

Guess his momma didn’t have the same rules about telling the truth when getting caught with your hand in the intern.

The agreement will be reached sometime on the night of Dec 21 when no one is paying attention.

I noticed that she routinely referred to Gen. Petraeus by his given name. I guess he must not have worked hard to earn his title of “General”.
November 9, 2012 at 3:58pm
maybe it went down something like “Take the fall for Bengahzi or we will release these photos of you and the mistress and destroy your life.”
After assessing the situation and finding his moral compass Petraeus said, “Screw you, I quit.”
Either I’m an optimist, or I watch too many movies.
Give me a break. You could run Jesus/Moses 2016 and they'll lose. The republic is dead.
Rubio/love,,,,That would be mcain/palin all over again,
@darkknight91 They will fight Christ when He returns. Do you think they would vote for His doctrines/policies?

Same question. Forward to what?

Forward to where? Or if you prefer, forward to what?

Sorry, forgot to add the system was great in 1786 as there were only 3,453,037 people in the entire country. California alone has what, 3 cities with more people than that in it now?

Nebraska has the right idea. Electoral College votes are allotted based on the popular vote for each congressional district. The remaining 2 votes are awarded to the overall winner of the state. This would allow those in places like eastern Oregon and Washington to have a say in presidential elections. As it sits now, Portland and Seattle choose.
Each state has the right to choose how they award their votes. Work through your state legislature to make the changes. Maybe we can start on the path back to a representative republic.

Why is it that no Democrat has a problem with Kennedy’s keeping off shore accounts? Or the Democratic chairman of the Committee of Ways and Means (responsible for writing the tax code) claiming ignorance of the tax code as an excuse for not paying his taxes? For that matter how many people working for the Obama administration had “tax issues”? 30? And then there was John Kerry registering his boat in a different state so he didn’t have to pay taxes. Or how about Nancy Pelosi realizing the a bill would raise her taxes and thus changed the minimum so she would be excluded. There’s Harry Reid stating he is “on a fixed income” at the same time he is voting himself a raise. Wasn’t 1%er Michelle Obama’s job at the hospital in Chicago to get those who were uninsured to other hospitals? But she’s not an evil capitalist? Maybe because she wasn’t a 1%er until her senator husband secured federal funds. Why are you not demanding that Obama give back the millions of dollars he took in campaign contributions from wall street? Those fat cat bankers gave more to him than any other candidate in history. This is probably not at all related to the toothless Dodd-Frank bill and the creation of “Too big to fail”.
Sorry back to where I started. The more the govt tries to take, the more people will try to get around the rules. Those who make the rules will always ensure the rules do not apply to them. It is human nature. If you think your guy doesn’t do that, you’re a f

Wasn’t it Al Franken that benefitted from the absentee ballots that that had been “forgotten” in someone’s trunk?
