  San Fransisco already has the power to ban this drink if they dont want it in their cities.. like it or not thats what true republicanism is(not the party the system of government that we are all guaranteed to have in the constitution)

  but to do so might encourage the wrath of the people and they get voted out by somoene else so its better to get the feds involved then they can say well we had the power the entire time to ban it but we didnt they did dont not vote for me… cowards

  sarin is highly volatile and has a low shelf life. that means they are making it someplace… id say it was probably near that bombing site that was just a “warehouse” that israel hit last week

  This is why this administration is so quiet about the use,, why the red line has been blurred… hard to support freedom fighters that use nazi gas against innocent civilians… and the reason why israel reacted…its one thing for a nation state to have the gas… its entirely different for a rag tag group of al quaida foreign fighters to have it.. no borders no flags no loyalties except death to israel… odd bed fellows that war brings syria (asaad) getting material support from the jewish state

  The people who say that there is no way that a group of citizens could stand up to the full force of the military is absolutly correct even a full battalion of citizen soldiers would not hold off the full force of the us military… but this assumes that the military if there was ever a time that the citizens needed to fight off the government or the government came in by force. this argument assumes and tries to portray that the military would not break ranks and defend the people against attacks from the general government.

  What bill says was waco proves this, waco was not the military it was the justic department just because janet had a tank does not mean a military general gave the order to fire on citizens… how many military generals would give such an order? how many atf agents?

  If the government turned on the people i do believe that civil war would ensue and a break down of the federal government would happen, you cant hide battles and make lies about whats going on at fort sumter if a modern day civil war were to break out. the military will be as equally split this time around.

  keaton… 80-90 and 60-90 are the same thing no need to try to bump your numbers to make them seem more relavent… at one point 80-90% of americans supported slavery, segregation, women not allowed to vote.. prohibition etc etc… my point is that just because someone sends out a poll and says they have numbers up to 90% doesnt make it so i can go to a gun club in texas and get 0% i can go to democrat fund raiser and get 100% polls are no way to run this country especially in the supposed statesman of the Senate.

  Im done with Mccain and as an Arizonan im not going to forget… I personally would rather have a democrat in there than him at least with them we know what to expect id rather an honest broker than a guy that says hes a republican in every part while running then flip and turn tail when hes in office.. personally im starting to think his poor showing in 04 was deliberate hes a plant for the democrat party
