  Hi Im from the netherlands so i dont really understand this maybe someone can explain
  if the scotus says you cant be forced to buy something or be penalized for it
  doesnt that make the penalty illegal but when they also say its not a penalty but a tax
  is that tax there to replace a penalty ?
  which is a punitive measure doesnt that make it punitive taxation??
  isnt punitive taxation illegal in the USA ?
  so by your inaction to purchase a commercial product you will now be forced to pay a tax which is there to penalize you but its not a penalty nor a punitive tax ?
  this seems a strange position for scotus to take
