  So far, I haven’t heard any “moderate” anything from the gun grabbers. Moderate would be actually doing something about the nuts in the woodwork and their access to lethal means — The ISSUE is “nut control” not gun control.

  Elected officials (Sheriff) take an oath to “uphold, protect and defend the United States and the US Constitution. The Constitution says, “shall not be infringed” — also says “no laws abridging freedom of expression.”

  It’s NOT ‘Global Warming” . . . It’s referred to as “CLIMATE CHANGE.” and can be scientifically demonstrated in the carbon cycle. Anybody having passed a college class in Organic Chemistry understands how this works. People who deny CLIMATE CHANGE, are blind Ostriches, hiding from THE TRUTH with their heads buried in the sand.

  Seems like Beck is interested in THE TRUTH — except when it doesn’t conform to his evangelical agenda.

  Saw the Judge the other day on Blaze, down 60 lbs! Not eating wheat. We’re trying that also, couple days now and it seems to be working. VA hospital locally is telling veterans they can’t bring firearms and other “weapons” onto the grounds, citing Title 18 USC § 930 —

  It’s an overreach of Federal Govt. —

  Title 18 › Part I › Chapter 44 › § 930

  (a) Except as provided in subsection (d), whoever knowingly possesses or causes to be present a firearm or other dangerous weapon in a Federal facility (other than a Federal court facility), or attempts to do so, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 1 year, or both.

  (d) Subsection (a) shall not apply to—
  (3) the lawful carrying of firearms or other dangerous weapons in a Federal facility incident to hunting or other lawful purposes.

  Being on the VA hospital grounds to visit patients, meet medical appointments would be “lawful purposes.” I have CCW permits for two states, reciprocal in others, served under military arms in defense of the Constitution, and am disabled because of this service.

  Veterans have the right to keep and bear arms — on VA grounds.
