  So that means 54% of the 17% supported it. That sounds like the poll that was pushed as fact this year about Agenda 21 green policy. A poll was taken that showed that only 12% of the country is familiar what Agenda 21 is, and of that 9% support it and 6% oppose it. Using that logic, they said a majority support it and that they need to move forward. That is crap.
