Good thing your opinion only has as much weight as mine.

  • April 7, 2013 at 2:54pm

You left out the words “I hope” at the beginning of your comment.

LOL. See where you say “blah blah”? That’s the programmed defensive mechanism. If you don’t listen you don’t have to think. So what does God look like since you’ve seen him? Next time you see him, could you do me a favor and ask why he doesn’t reveal himself to me as well? BTW don’t tell too many people you’re hearing the voice of God, you could end up in a padded cell. Keep taking your meds!

Not as mainstream as the Muslims and the Christians.

Also to all people- ask yourself if something is deserving of credibility just because someone wrote it down in a book. BTW working on my “I’m The Second Coming of Christ, Please Send Me Money” book to be in stores soon.

“It still amazes me that the haters aka Liberals who know nothing about God or Jesus tries to tell those who do exactly what the Bible says or the Book of Mormon says.”

Not a complete thought, but are you really trying to premise something on the notion that you do exactly what the bible says? I’m impressed but even more skeptical.

“Unless you have and understand both books, you need to keep your lying tongue silent.”

Oh, ok, sorry, I will shut up. Oh wait no, I will never, ever back down to people like you.

“I have the Bible and I do have a copy of the Book of Mormon. The Book of Mormon is a supplement to the Bible – another testament – it does not replace the Bible. Never has. So all you lying heathens on this site – We’ve got your number, God has your number – and may God deliver whatever he deems necessary on your soul.”

Oooh, I’m scared. Does it make you feel better to threaten divine punishment on people? That strikes me as immoral, and I didn’t need a book to know that wishing harm on others is wrong.

“Followers of Satan – well it ain’t gonna be pretty. Redeem yourselves before it is too late.”

Right, because all non-believers are followers of his just-as-made-up evil counterpart. Point taken, I will get right on it. Maybe you should consider the self-fulfilling nature of your worldview while I’m finding God.

And you believe God is currently in physical existence and living on another planet. Oh and the magic underwear thing.

As the grandson of an LDS bishop, I can assure you that Mormonism is more of a cult than a religion, though it really only differs from more traditional Christianity in the size of its membership the extent to which it ultimately deludes people and corrupts their free will and ability to think critically about little things like morality. Think of it as Christian fan-fiction. It’s nice they have a book club to attend and talk about their fantasy world.

Quick, lets assume every person who reaches the same conclusion as her on the abortion issue does so under the same rationale! Oh, wait, logic fail.

What they don’t tell you is he stole that baby.

    You folks are silly geese.

  • April 7, 2013 at 2:22pm

What about the police officer who was law-abiding until he wasn’t. Logic fail.

  • April 7, 2013 at 2:20pm

What about your car? Another beautiful logic fail.

  • April 7, 2013 at 2:19pm

You mean how many gun laws there already ARE. What were you saying about how stupid so many people are?

  • April 7, 2013 at 2:18pm

“Progressives got into our schools and took away discipline and moralities.”

Usually we start with a premise, but you go right for a conclusion!

“Then they taught the Children that Socialism was better than Capitalism.”

What’s the name of that class?

“Then they made up ADHD and started drugging the Children while continuing teaching Socialism, sexual perversions and degradation.”

Ah yes, I remember when you made that up as well.

“They made violent games and movies for the Children to watch where terror has a happy ending.”

They do a lot, don’t They? Ironic because the video games are a product of free market capitalism, something you just seemed to be arguing in favor of. Hilarious logic fail!

“The Children grew up, found no jobs but, did find out that the forced drug use took away their 2nd Amendment rights and labeled them mentally deficient.”

Ok, so all liberal children are drug users and have no second amendment rights. Another great point, if by great points you mean unfounded.

“The now grown Children steal guns and shoot up the schools, the movies and law makers.”

Clearly you have proven this link without a doubt?

“The Progressives blame the Conservatives that had nothing to do with it and want to take away their guns.”

Yeah, who is going to take your guns again. Oh are we talking about They again. I forgot you have a thing about this mysterious and all-powerful They.

“That’s about it in a nut shell, right?”

  • April 7, 2013 at 2:12pm

Yep the whole state, good point. Convinced.

  • April 7, 2013 at 2:10pm

Good point, they should implement a federal system.

  • April 7, 2013 at 2:09pm

Yeah it’s really hard to buy firearms, that’s why I own so many and never had to submit to a background check of any kind. Yay, private sales exceptions. Good thing I’m not a criminal, my AR would be quite useful in a variety of criminal enterprises. So would my built-in laser .38.

    Pfft. NRA logic=joke.

  • April 7, 2013 at 2:06pm

And don’t forget you can buy them at many gun shows w/o a background check or any kind of record, so the statistics are almost entirely misleading. Plus, shouldn’t they be 100% or the people who would be screened out just have to shop around. Another logic fail.

I don’t know what her resume looked like, but I know her experience wasn’t zero. I am about to graduate with two degrees from an ADA accredited law school and a specialization in international law and I have real experience as a certified student practitioner in criminal court, I have worked, personally, with refugees in Kosovo, and I first worked as a legal researcher at a think tank in D.C. I would have difficulty being admitted. They don’t even consider zero. You just assume a bunch of convenient stuff about her and then conclude that you are right. That isn’t logic. You are not using logic. You are using wishful thinking to dovetail this unfortunate woman’s demise into the narrative you already had established. The Blaze exists for people like you. Good luck with it.
