  Enforce the laws on the books! SIMPLE solution. But instead, the Gang of 8 (Republicans and Democrats) want MORE laws that will not be enforced. Throughout the 1990s GAO BEGGED Congress to repeal the H-1B visa program and L-1 because they were filled with corruption!!! Instead, Congress INCREASED the number of visas offered under H-1B. And they have OVER issued H-1B visas every year since this began. Of those issued visas to enter USA — the group who violates their visa status by OVER STAYING are H-1B visa holders. CONGRESS FIX THE PROBLEM

  WHY is it receiving nearly ZERO coverage that Senator Marco Rubio (R, Florida) in January hired an attorney by the name of Enrique Gonzalez from a MAJOR …if not the nation’s largest…pro-immigration law firm in the country? Enrique was hired by Rubio to write Gang of 8′s immigration bill. Enrique is Democrat and comes from a law firm that heavily lobbies directly or indirectly — for immigration issues. And they are heavily linked to the pro-immigration law association — American Immigration Lawyers’ Association (AILA). AILA has a major highly active pro-immigration arm in which it coaches its lawyer members on how to pressure Congressmen/Senators on pro-immigration action for open borders. AILA’a major annual conference is held in Mexico.

  AND who are the invited speakers to AILA meetings? ICE employees (ie federal employees who deal with enforcing and applying immigration law).

  Contrary to your misconception that ‘water comes out of the taps for free’ that is just not true. One pays for it — water utility bill and taxes. What you have to mean is that you will not pay additional purchase price for bottled water.

  Really bothers me when I hear people state that they get “free school lunches”; “free school breakfast”, “free Obama phones”, “free medical care” — No, no, no!!! Taxpayers are paying for it. It coming out of all of our pockets. Water out of the tap is NOT free

  And request that since Sec. Janet Napolitano (an employee of the public) refused to answer questions of Rep. Jeff Duncan that he file ethics violations against Ms. Napolitano for the plethora of violations of legal ethics. If one lives in Duncan’s district you can make such a request of your representative and since he was the one to who was engaged in the request for information he is can make such a filing.

  It is time to hold these political heads responsible for their actions and apparently they are not interested in working WITH Congress.

  Erin is the woman who a few years back was getting special stories by flying with financially well off businessmen on their private jets while she was married. There was a bit of a scandal at the time this came to light on how she was obtaining her interviews. [ wink, wink ]

  And, then she was all for H-1B visas and any CEO on her program she just slobbered over that they needed these alien workers while IGNORING the reports from GAO about the fraud and deception that racked the H-1B visa program. She ignored the plight of unemployed Americans who lost their jobs to those on the H-1B visa program — no respect for her peer Americans. [The CEOs whose firms ran ads on the programs etc etc]

  Erin certainly was not hired for her job because of her mental abilities. She was hired simply because she is a ‘babe package’.

  Ahhh…would that Diane were a 6th grader because she might be capable of learning something and treating others with respect.

  As Diane rattled off her years in the Senate and nine years a mayor — it just goes to show that an aging politician still doesn’t understand her oath of office to UPHOLD the US Constitution. She is a classic example of ‘age’ does not bring wisdom.

  Rand Paul is incredibly arrogant — “I have got a news flash for you”. He is so full of himself.

  Yes, Rand Paul, there is a defacto amnesty policy in place because you folks in Congress haven’t had the backbone to stand up to the federal agencies given the authority to secure the US borders and to enforce US immigration laws. Instead, you in Congress have coward in the corner and allowed department heads to disarm our border agents, close down immigration centers, and literally open the detention cell doors to let thousands of illegal aliens back into America.

  Why would there need to be “immigration reform bills’ when you all in Congress refuse to hold accountable the people who are refusing to enforce the laws on the books? If you don’t want to have the immigration laws complied with then cut the funding to these departments, fire the people in those departments, fire the border security agents, and just announce an open border. That will save the American taxpayers from having to pay the salaries and benefits for people who are currently NOT enforcing the current immigration laws.

  And, by the way, what is this with Senator Marco Rubio allegedly hiring Enrique Gonzalez (D) and attorney to help draft the new ‘immigration reform’ laws ? Enrique is an immigration attorney out of Florida. [See Daily Caller for source of this] and was employed with the largest pro-immigration firm in the USA.

  When I discovered that Ed Asner is a communist (polite people want to label him a mere socialist) — I stopped watching anything that he acts in. I have zero interest in my funds being used to compensate a communist so he can live the high life in America and spew his contempt on others while he lives the high life.

  Hollywood people are by in large — crude people, rude, and view themselves as valuable. They are nothing but air headed actors who get paid to pretend. If only they would realize their sole agenda is to entertain and not to push their agenda on others.

  Just shows that Ed Asner is as crude in real life as he is when he reads a script. And if he can’t recall anything about the silly cartoon he voiced over for a union even sounds like he is getting senile as well.

  Asner is crude, rude, offensive, mean, and has contempt for America. So Eddy how about giving up YOUR finances and living like those at the bottom of the economic status?

  Rep. Amash — don’t you get it yet? The Republicans and the Democrats are the SAME thing. TIME to get your fellow Congressmen together and FORM a NEW party that actually stands for the Constitution and related principles.

  Did you REALLY think that Boehner stood for anything different than Democrats? Seriously? He and Obama are golfing buddies for goodness sakes. He is a DEAL maker — and looks out for himself.

  You should have stood up for Dr. Ron Paul when the Republican party squished him like a bug — stealing his delegates. Whether you like Dr. Paul or not — the shameful way his political party’s machinery crushed him like a bug was disgusting. If you don’t stand up to that kind of abuse there will be no one to stand up for your efforts when YOU want to stand for something of value/ principle.

  How about starting a new House Caucus — they have lots of them — and this would could be “Caucus for Understanding the US Constitution: Keeping Our Oath of Office and its Application”

  Here is what I would have liked take place.

  The church continues to host the play and invites the children and their parents to the presentation as an after school event. ALL would be welcome who conduct themselves in a socially acceptable manner (ie remove any protesting, agenda activities). Then those kids who didn’t get to attend the activity the next day because their parents objected to the school activity would, of course, feel left out. But, hey!, they kept with the community’s agenda driving folks who can’t enjoy anything in life.

  I wonder who many of the agenda driven folks work on December 25th for regular pay or do they take the federal holiday of Christmas off or work on over time as HOLIDAY pay?

  Do they object to Martin Luther King JR holiday? That is after all honoring the ONLY person on the US federal holidays who was a pastor by profession.

  How pathetic that the attorney for “FreeThinkers” isn’t herself a “Free Thinker”. So frightened is she of exposing children to ideas in the community. Thank goodness this ‘freethinker’ was not able to interfere with the field trips that I had when I was in high school. We had a field trip to a LARGE city several hours away and toured a Buddhist shrine and a Greek Orthodox Church and a few other RELIGIOUS places of worship. It was a public school FIELD TRIP. I don’t think the FREE THINKING attorney would have liked the trip — but liked seeing what others value and their world view

  Hands down — Pick Rice! She is well qualified for the position having boldly gone forth as the US Ambassador to the United Nations (first, how can we have such a position to the UNITED NATIONS) and to told the goofy story about a video causing the deaths of 4 Americans in Libya. She is a tried and true team player — and that’s what they want.

  They don’t want qualified otherwise …well Hillary would never have held the position. Under her leadership the US relationships around the world have been set back by decades.
