Went to a mounted shooting competition at a local fairgrounds this week. You could tell most of the people there had never been to a mounted competition before and were very foreign to the atmosphere. After the national anthem was played, the MC of the event kept everyone standing for a prayer. It was quite moving. But even more moving was the ovation given after the prayer. Much as it was to see the crowd applauding Candice, it was very nice to see people cheering prayer. There is still hope America.
Mounted shooting competition?!?
Brother, you have managed to participate in an manly activity that I swear I have never heard of and which I am thus awestruck in admiration that you performed!
The shoot from the "Mount" of a horse.
Not from the hip Jeff
While the media was so busy with Justin Bieber being a bad boy and getting tickets. Vladimir Putin put on the festival of opera in St Petersburg square and from America Jackie Evancho who is considered the youngest opera singer (she is actually a classical crossover) went. She sang 2 religious songs in front of over 100,000 Russians. I think she was even surprised of their reaction. She sang "The lords prayer" which really isn't made to be sung but she did it anyway.
nothing ever mentioned in the media. The ironic thing is she is of Ukrainian heritage also.
someone took got some of it on a smart phone.

I am generally speaking not a fan of lawsuits… however, in this case, I could make an exception. I find it hard to believe that any evidence will surface that showed any actions by this citizen warranted this type of treatment.
Every day I drive on that exact street I have to dodge people like her in my CAR when she is jogging across the street BETWEEN a dozen or so crosswalks that we put in specifically because of people like her that were getting run over ALL THE TIME in Austin. She is a maroon who didn't want to wait at a crosswalk so she put everyone on the street in danger, including me and my CHILDREN! So if this girl tries to sue, I will personally come down to the courthouse and defend these cops even though I HATE cops because for once in my life I agree with one. This girl and the thousands of other students that do the exact same thing everyday are a danger to themselves and the people on this street. That she broke the law in front of cops goes to show how oblivious these people are and ho much danger they put everyone around them in.

Did Maher talk again about all the courage the 9/11 terrorists had for flying into buildings?

Love, I’ve always wondered the same thing. Of course, maybe I’m just a dummy and my understanding is “sadly lacking,” but I don’t think that’s the case.
The apes of today (chimpanzees, gorillas, bonobos, and orangutans) and humans are descended from a more distant common ancestor. Evolution is not a linear progression from one species to the next.
We. Are. Still. Apes.

I hate to nitpick, but it’s one thing for a commenter such as yourself to misspell grammar by writing grammer, but for a reputable news source to have these errors is poor.
I love The Blaze but just wish there was a bit more of an effort with the website.

And some proof reading… Who is “Thomposn?

I love The Blaze, but these articles seem to not even be spell-checked or at least proof-read before publishing…one example,
“So, I would imagine that you are not buying that he didn’t know about it and that he is blaming it on his top aides after those emails surfaced. Your not buying that, correct?” Lemon asked…
It isn’t “your not buying that, correct?” it’s “YOU’RE not buying that…”
Sorry to be the grammar police, but it is kind of hard to take this seriously with such glaring mistakes.
