  Wouldn’t it be against Glenn’s principles to drop Carbonite just because they disagree politically? Unlike GM, Carbonite is not hurting anyone or taking our tax money. If Glenn dropped Carbonite for this he would violate this principle.

  No, I do not.
  1. Old saying that has lost its meaning. If a person cannot separate himself from whatever sin he is committing, he will interpret condemnation of the sin as hate no matter what you say.
  2. Baloney. I am done with the middle ages hierarchical “you can’t understand the Bible unless you are an expert” nonsense. Read it and take it at face value. As you read more you will understand more, just like everything worth knowing.
  3. Ok, this one I actually agree with.
  4. Another old saying that has lost meaning. Better not to use this unless you are speaking to another person fluent in “Christianese”
  5.There are better ways to phrase that, but the essence is true. How about this verse “God required that which is past.” that kind of implies that God saw it essential to your development and growth for the things in the past to have happened like they did to bring you to where you need to be if you respond to them properly.
  6. I can’t believe we are still having this one either. The answer is “YES!” the idea that Jefferson was not Christian is just foolishness. Read what the man wrote and understand that he was WAY ahead of his time. Anti-denomination is not anti-christian.
