  Everyone here should be aware that the Gun Control Act of 1968 was sponsored by Democratic Sen. Thomas J. Dodd, who brought the Nazi Gun Control Act of 1938 back to the U.S. and had the Library of Congress translate it into english. He then used the Nazi Gun Control Act as his basis for the 1968 Gun Control Act! In essence, the U.S. 1968 Gun Control Act is virtually the Nazi Gun Control Act of 1938!

  WAKE-UP AMERICA!

  How much more do you need to know to understand that the Democratic Party is working to destroy the U.S. and establish a National Socialized nation similar to the old Germany and USSR. And the Republican Party is just as guilty as the Democrats. Their battle is over POWER and neither Party gives a damn about the Constitution.

  The Senate commits a crime and spits on the Constitution as it allows Kerry to be Secretary of State. He does not holld the position as the Constitution does not allow it! But, the Law and the Constitution do not matter to the U.S. Senate nor many others in America. Where’s the outrage?

  Some that may think I’m wrong are invited to read Article I, Section VI, paragraph II of the Constitution. It specifically states that the Law that the Senate spit on and it should now be evident that the Rule of Law id dead in America. A just legal syatem cannot allow for arbitrary law enforcement without anarchy the result. But, heck, the People don’t care. We’ll see what is posted here regarding this crime.

  Paul Ryan reinforced my comments before the “election”. I said Ryan was nothing close to a “fiscal conservative” and his selection as VP was a scam on the People. He’d voted for everyone of Obama’s spending Bills and each increase of the “debt ceiling” — and that’s what the Republican Party calls a “fiscal conservative”. We could vote for Obama or Obama-Lite.

  And now the fellow is either a Great Deceiver or verbally dishonest (a liar). As I’ve told before, the so-called “Clinton economy” was tanking the entire time the Media was reporting it was booming! Robert Novak on CNN was the only person to report the 2002 Commerce Dept. report that stated the Clinton Administration had “cooked-the-books” for the years 1998,1999, 2000 (at a miniumum) & up to a rate of 30%! (http://articles.cnn.com/2002-08-09/politics/column.novak_1_quarterly-estimates-profit-outlook-third-quarter?_s=PM:ALLPOLITICS) This was similar to World Com, Enron, HealthSouth, etc.- but the Clinton crooks didn’t go to prison and received accolades. Even as Novak and CNN reported the story, it was for only one night and then it was buried. I have notified many news organizations (inluding the Blaze) of this data, but they too have never told the story. Ryan is either uniformed or lying for the Clintons when giving them accolades on how to run an economy. They only know how to have people die mysteriously, lie, steal, etc. and they “cooked-the-books” on their economy which was tanking instead

  When will the Rule of Law return to the U.S.?

  When will the People tell their Senators, they are not Above the Law?

  It is illegal for John Kerry to be Sec. of State!!!!!!!!!!! At least until 2014, after his term as Senator ends. PEOPLE, READ the CONSTITUTION! Articl I, Section VI, paragraph 2.

  Compensation for the position has gone up while Kerry was in the Senate (2010, believe).

  Section. 6.
  The Senators and Representatives shall receive a
  Compensation for their Services, to be ascertained by Law, and paid out of the
  Treasury of the United States. They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony
  and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at

• Former Police Chief: Repeal the Second Amendment

  The ex-police chief is by definition not very intelligent. Most police fall into a category of ex-jocks/big-man on campus that move into law enforcement to maintain the status of a man with “power” because they get a badge & gun. The average IQ of police is 100, which means that 50% fall below 100 – how low?

  Further, when it comes to the Constitution & the 2nd Amendment, our Foubders & the authors wrote that the “Rights” listed in the original Bill of Rights are not granted by government, but are natural & granted to all men by a Creator. Legally & conceptually, based on the fact that our Founders STATED that those Rights are granted by a Creator & not by a government, those Rights cannot be removed or taken away by a Government! In essence, the original 10 Bill of Rights cannot be removed or altered by an amendment to the Constitution!!!!!!!!!! Hello, when are the People going to wake-up & understand that the Constitution was written on about an 11th grade level so that the masses could understand what it says & no amount of masturbation of the language by lawyers will change the basic meaning of the Constitution. There is very little need for “interpretation” & the SCOTUS does not have the authority to interpret or change the meaning of the Constitution.   While this a relevant sory, it’s an old one. I have written the Blaze before recmmending the book, “The Ominous Parallels”, which discusses the similarities between the United States and its actions with the Weimer Republic. A very good read and insite into Germany, the Weimer Republic, and Adolf Hitler. The book was written well over a decde ago and its predictions have continued to come true. History is repeating itself and you can read about the downfall of a Country.

  The real question associated with this article is, “Why isn’t the crimnal tax-evader Rangel in prison as are other Americans and why aren’t our Representatives in Washington pressing this issue (and following the Rule of Law) with the IRS and the criminal Attorney General we have in Washington?”

  Of course I have the answer! It’s because our Representatives in Washington are criminal accomplices to this and many other crimes.   The Democrats would have loved Lincoln. He was a militant tyrant that destroyed the Constitution, America, and erased States Rights. Lincoln ignored the Constitution and would have been found guilty of crimes against America if he’d been brave enough to face real Americans in the Courts of the U.S. Did you ever notice that Robert E. Lee nor Jefferson davis were never brought to trial? Hmmm. Maybe it was because the SCOTUS would have found them innocent of crimes and Lincoln guilty. Heck, Lincoln tried to have Supreme Court Justices arrested!

  Rep Clyburn has a selective memory of the Bible. maybe he should read 1 Timothy 5:18, which says,

  You aren’t very informed (read Thomas Sowell’s most recent article). It was African Tribal leaders (and their followers) that captured members of other tribes and then sold them into slavery. It may also surprise you that every ethnic group captured members of other ethnic groupos and made slaves of them. Heck, the word slave actually comes from the word “Slav”, which was the name of a nothern European group that were tormented and made prisonors, thus the word slave evolved. It must really frustrate you that slavery still flurishes in Africa. And I’m proud of the way you’re doing all you can to free the slaves of African countries instead of just sitting around and accusing people who’ve never had anything to with slavery of mistreatment of ethnic groups. There are no people in America today that owned slaves and there isn’t anyone in America that was a slave on on any plantation in America. I must correct a mis-staement; the tax-payers and producers in America today are slaves to the Government and work under the threat of violence agaist themselves and their families if they don’t pay the enormous tribute the Government demands – and it’s frustrating to one’s production redistributed to the suckers-of-the Government-breast- all the while demanding more free goods. thanks for your understanding and your hard work to end slavery in America and in Africa.
