I know this is an old article and no one will probably see this post, but oh well here it goes anyway.
REALITY!!!! I work for a company that employees over 100,000. They offer to pay for 100% of their employees college tuition and refund money spent on books. 2% of employees participate. Seriously! Only 2% take advantage of free education.
Does anyone really believe the problem can be solved by giving education away?

When I lived in the Southwest we talked Immigration and it meant how many illegals are crossing our borders. Driving through the National Parks and seeing our National Treasures trashed and shat on was heartbreaking. Now I’m in the Southeast. Immigration talks are more about the man from New Jersey moving in next door and saying “You guys.” instead of “Ya’ll!”

I had one in my house three weeks ago. Stomp it and the babies run in all directions. Get the vacuum. At least that is what this woman did.

If indeed Rankin County is pivotal then it will be good-bye Thad.
Driving through this area are hundreds of Retire Cochran signs.

Scarey that they think the “Common Man” doesn’t have enough dignity to keep their environment clean. This is who they think we are. No wonder they feel they need to dictate to us. Elitist pigs!

Omega means End. Don’t Progressive believe their means justify the ends? They are just keeping their vision for us close at hand,

Here we go again. It is the same as when he started talking about immigration a couple of years ago. Get the audience to cheer “By passing Congress”.

We went through Hurricane Rita and had our home damages completely repaired in 8 weeks. Did a lot of the work ourselves, but using quality materials. Easily qualified for State of Texas Insurance Certification on the work done. Friends chose to get help from FEMA and two years later they were still in FEMA trailers. If it weren’t for Habitat and friends they would still be in FEMA trailers. Waiting for FEMA really kept them in a mess.
While they were waiting we went to a harder hit area and built an Outreach Center. It was one of the only building standing after Hurricane Ike. It was that building that housed the Habitat workers that finally helped friends get into a real home again. Yep neighbors helping neighbors makes a huge difference.

If it was contrary to his promise he shouldn’t have signed it into law. He signed it in front of the world. I know what I put my signature on. He is responsible for what he signs. Unless he was stupid like Nancy Pelosi that believed you have to sign it to find out what is in it. Ignorance is no excuse. Ignorance on this scale, causing harming to millions of Americans, is a good reason to impeach.

He should have taken Ron Paul with him. Two ob-gyns have to be better than one.

They wasted man hours to blockade three parking spots? Good Grief!
Exactly.there are more gov employees patrolling these areas intent on keeping people out for the sole purpose of making the republicans look bad and that commie jerk in the White House look like he cares for the down trodden uninsured slackers. Msm is responsible for this one sided view offered the apathetic idiots.
Barrycade not blockade!
In yet another instance of our President using government power to punish citizens who disagree with him ... The unattended Corp of Engineers boat ramps, which never close, are being blocked and closed starting Friday. Open, they cost nothing. Closing them costs money. Does the Democratic Party really think we are so stupid that we don't see through this?
@ Ant - If you want to call government union work 'man hours'.

Unemployment in Brandon is much lower than the national average. Check out the statistics for yourself.
As a resident here in Brandon I hadn’t noticed how much we have grown over the past few years, Was surprised to discover we have over 22,000 now. Everyone does quite a bit to help their neighbors here. It is a way of life.

It isn’t about the Cross although some around here are making it about the Cross. It is about changing town codes. If a special exception is made for one group then the city will be required to make exceptions for all groups whether the town’s citizens appreciate those groups or not.
No one here objects to the Cross, they object to changing their codes every time someone desires something outside the code. It opens up the can of worms concerning where does it end. Today it is the Cross, tomorrow it could be a group of folks wanting to paint their roof tops purple, next month it could be another group wanting to put bubbles in their ponds. Yes someone mentioned Muslims and Buddhists, but the comment was really meant to express at what point do you refuse special treatment for a group to keep from littering your town with propaganda from every segment of Brandon’s population.
It hasn’t been that much of a fuss seeing I heard it on Fox News and The Blaze, and not down at Van’s, Krogers or at Friday night’s football game.
