  Has the NCIC ( National Crime Information Center ) been scrapped?

  Aren’t criminals fingerprinted and recorded upon commission of a crime.

  Since all arrest records are now computerized, why not have NCIC issue a weekly arrest report.

  If a criminal is sentenced to psych counseling pursuant to a crime committed with a firearm, the content of counseling sessions should not be public, however, the mere fact that counseling is taking place should be for publication only to law enforcement and gun dealers.

  Yes Melissa Harris hyphen Perry, all children and infirm unfortunate seniors deserve all those things you mention.

  However, I draw the line at providing all those things to and for any able-bodied capable person who has not and will not listen, consider constructive criticism, nor accept the personal responsibility for their station in life.

  It is NOT the rich, the Wall St broker, your local Mayor, Police Chief nor The Dept of Social Services who is responsible for your current social status.

  If, at some point in your life, you were a victim and cannot shed the victim status you haven’t been listening.

  Stop wasting a responsible adults valuable time by whining and whimpering ,hoping you will be pitied,
  because of your well vocalized victim-hood. Responsible citizens will LEND a hand if you will USE yours..
