I suggest any journalist should take a long hard look and pry a little bit to analyze the Universities accent on Journalism the last 25 years. Particularly Columbia, and Harvard.

Is this Representative one of the 12% who approve of the way Congress is doing its job? Ever look at the soaring debt on medical, food, and housing for all the ILLEGAL immigrants. I am as compassionate as the next man, but common sense MUST be INVOLVED in any decision our Representatives make.

Kinda peculiar that after 20 years of “thumbing his nose” at the lawmakers, why all of a sudden is this land and turtle so deserving of such attention? Are you listening Harry?

Good move on identifying the ” bigoted ” in Houston. Stand your ground>

Only the current administration could consider violating the rights of it’s citizens when it comes to growing food or protecting a turtle.

Everyone knows the TURTLE has more value than a human being, right????

Once again a federal attempt to agitate the “conservative right” into a confrontation that would require him to ” Activate The Guard” and when the Guard fails to physically confront the AMERICAN citizens, the followers of BLACK LIBERATION THEOLOGY along with the NBPP, NAACP, and Obama’s own private army will ” show those Constitutional Patriots who has the power. One of their slogans is ” By any means necessary” and I distinctly remember another revolutionary saying the same thing.

The fuse is about to be lit. They couldn’t do it with the TRAVON MARTIN case couldn’t do it, maybe this will.
Hope you’ve been keeping your powder dry.

Harry Reid’s involvement needs to be checked out.

Say it ain’t so Joe. Seriously now folks, are you guys sure the Federal Gubmnt is trying to enforce state laws and that they are protecting the rights of a TURTLE over the rights of an American raising cattle to help feed the world?? You guys are ” jerkin me around”.Ridiculous to support the Feds when the difference is FOOD or a TURTLE, but, having noticed just how logical the Gubmnt is of late only reinforces my decision to support Americans instead of the rights of a TURTLE. Some logic there Gubmnt. The Feds might have a problem closing this can of worms. I wish them all the misfortune they deserve.

Methinks the good Congressman from Michigan is a bit naive or has yet to grasp the current administration’s method of handling the fact they have been caught with their hand’s in the cookie jar again. Making the assertion that the Obama administration is ” simply not privy to the information the Ways & Means Com is in possession of,” actually offers an excuse that the administration is well aware of. Usually, the amount of “stonewalling” is in direct correlation to the amount of “smoking guns ” the perpetrators have left in their trail. Accordingly, the current top level ” operatives” employed by this administration are busier than ” a cat in a sandbox”. They simply are breathless from darting from ” scandal to scandal” in an attempt to cover all the crap they have expected us to believe. It is apparent to this voter that the PUBLIC RELATIONS firm ( current employees at the White House) is in ‘FRANTIC/PANIC MODE” and the “eventual” demise of their efforts is “next door”

NOTE. Ask yourself this question. Am I part of the voting public that is so easily maneuvered and ” bamboozled’ by the current administration that I will allow myself to be TOTALLY convinced that there is not “one smidgeon of evidence” ,….or …that I only learned of it through the newspapers,…..or….someone just made some “bonehead decisions”?

Go ahead, get out on that limb, there appears to be plenty of trailblazers down below>

Simply another hijacking attempt at our liberty. The pseudo-elite strike again…..” we know what is best for you”

Some bleeding heart liberal will come along, pay for his education and he will end up in Congress.

Watch with critical objective the direction the President takes as well as how Sharpton accepts and responds to Obama’s dialogue. A very telling opportunity.

NO. What is the source of your information?

  • April 4, 2014 at 7:48pm

Having spent 10 years as a Military Policeman, heading into a situation where EVERYONE is armed and EVERYONE is dressed the same as the suspect might prove to be a touchy moment. Arming all would invite a “FREE FOR ALL” with many innocent soldiers/sailors/marines gunning each other down. I know, I know, everyone will know who the PERP is right? WRONG I fully support the 2nd Amendment but I would NOT advocate arming everyone. Just imagine every citizen in the local CITIZENS WATCH carrying a weapon and everyone is searching for the person suspected of raping a community teenager. Not very pretty huh.

Ohhh boy, hot daamm, Obama is gonna “let me pursue my happiness” Now thats awful nice of him. LETTING me do what my ancestors fought and died for. Jefferson, Franklin and Adams scribbled together the best document known to man at that time and of course Pelosi and other progressive “boneheads” seem to think that THEIR PRESIDENT is the only person allowed to LET me be happy. I am simply in awe of those brilliant dimocrats. Imagine the ” critical thinking ” it takes for the liberal progressive dimocrats to reach such a conclusion as to ALLOW someone to be free. I am so greatly impressed I think I’ll start a ” Pelosi Fan Club”…………….or not.

If an individual dislikes or fears a cop, it’s usually due to the hater walking a fine line between a contributing citizen and a petty crook, and we know what happens to petty crooks. If you dislike a cop simply because he possesses the authority to take charge of a hostile situation, or forcefully restrain a petty crook, or attempting to maintain the peace we all seek, Who will you call when that petty crook takes charge, bully’s your little brother or sister, and eventually ends up sucking on the welfare nipple, or sleeping on the street. Or, on second thought, maybe we just forget about peace, friendship and enjoying life/. Wonder how long it would take the followers of Usama Bin Laden to take over?
    Think about it.

Bridges, and other huge items would be the perfect target for our enemies. I welcome that type of intrusion on what may just save a home or two. Imagine the quagmire that would ensue should all major bridges be knocked out.
