The problem with Ventura is that he acts as if he didn’t do all of those things he blames others for doing currently. Though he wasn’t really a SEAL, he was still in combat and still killed others in the name of king and country. Now he wants to blame everyone else in the military for being evil because they are doing the same? Yet, when it come to him, he is a hero former Navy SEAL – it’s just every other SEAL (or military combatant) that is evil. Right there alone you see the moronic double standard he sets.

The military (especially those working with and in JSOC) is like a gun. The gun does nothing unless the elected civilian president picks it up and uses it. The gun is not to blame for killing, the person who uses it is. After all, we don’t condemn the gun to death and then give it a lethal injection, we do that to the one who used the gun. So to sit there and condemn anyone in the military as evil because they were deployed down range is just stupid. To have been deployed and then return and call anyone else who goes down range evil is just purely arrogant hypocrisy.

It is kind of fitting that Ventura spends the vast majority of his time living in Mexico. It’s the country he really belongs in. I am also tired of him calling himself a SEAL. You were UDT man, embrace it, but don’t call yourself what you’re not.

Why is it just as hard for a Christian to believe in evolution as it is for an atheist to believe in God? I grow annoyed at Christians who believe that God would have had to manually make a human being as opposed to doing it in the same way that He made the universe: put a plan together, determine the values and physical laws of that reality and then set it in motion and let it play out exactly as you planned it. THAT is a TRUE sign of absolute intelligence. Hell, even human engineers have a thorough blueprint of the device they wish to build BEFORE they start building it.

I submit here that God setup the universe before the moment of singularity and then just let it blossom into the Universe. Evolution is just the method he chose to allow life, specifically sentient life, to emerge. If you don’t take Genesis literally, and instead look at it as a blue print for how the Earth and life on it formed, it makes sense. But sitting there and telling me that God manually formed every little thing one by one makes no practical sense for a supremely brilliant personality.

And on a side note, telling me that God can’t exist because suffering and death are prevalent in life is just plain ignorant. Human beings learn more from suffering and hard challenges than from good times and plenty. As for tragic deaths, well, what is the full nature of reality? Who is to say that death is truly the end as opposed to just another event in a life?

@RODAMAA – What an incredibly unintelligent commentary. First off, the thing about aliens is that they are ALIEN. We wouldn’t even really begin to understand their motivations for coming here, or their psychology. Secondly, exploring the galaxy is incredibly costly for HUMANS at our current technological level, but that does not preclude an advanced civilization from already having attained a level of free (or nearly free) abundant energy production at a local level (such as a vehicle.) Stop thinking like the “backwater” humans you described.

Moreover, why WOULDN’T an advanced civilization of sentient beings NOT be watching and studying us? Think about this for a moment. Although life my be abundant in the Universe, I am sure that sentient life would be few and far between. Sentient life and their respective cultures would be the MOST interesting thing to study and observe. Especially their technological route. Perhaps those backwards sentients have invented or will invent something that an advanced species would have never thought of with their form evolutionary constraints and creativity and, further, that they could apply to their more advanced technology to better themselves even more.

Nevertheless, we must keep going back to this: The thing about aliens is that they are alien. To attribute human thinking and understanding to them would be a HUGE error in judgemental stupidity.

Wait. So these people produce nothing and contribute nothing to society and we should give them money for it? So let’s see, the wealthy end up being the ones giving them the money through government… the wealthy get sick of it and leave the US taking their businesses, money and jobs with them. Then who produces the money to give to the poor who produce nothing?

FED computers? How long do you think THAT will last on a global scale? Hell, the BRICs are already pushing hard to remove the US Dollar as the world reserve. What do you think happens then?

Oh, and before you think this is some kind of rhetorical future prediction, well, it’s ALREADY happening RIGHT NOW. Today.

From experience, people do VERY strange and inhuman things in a war. The longer it drags out, the more inhuman and insane the events become. This is not a muslim only attribute. Though I dislike Muslims are their creed in all of its myriad forms, I cannot just attribute acts such as in this video to them only.

Exposure to constant combat does strange things to a human psyche. Even the best of us become wildebeasts in time. I have seen american soldiers do some really strange and horrid things. That is the nature of war. This is not to say that ALL soldiers do such acts of coldness and evil. However, it happens more often than non-combat soldiers and civilians alike know.

There is a reason it was once said: “War is hell.”

The worst a human being you are going into the constant combat of a warzone, the more savage an animal you will become over time.

Good Law Enforcement Officers listen closely:

If you do not stand up against Police Officers like these in your respective communities you will just end up being lumped into the same group as them. There is a quickly growing hatred of the police in American society in these days. We once used to respect Law Enforcement and knew you were the “good guys.” That is not so anymore as more and more of these kind of events happen.

Eventually, when society starts to come apart in America, and it will, you will be targeted by the gangs, mafias, local drug runners, and the unruly in general. That is a given, however, the “good” men and women of society, such as myself, won’t be running interference on your behalf. Why? Because we continue to see what the baser element of Law Enforcement continuously do to honest, law abiding Americans. Even if you happen to be a good cop, you will be ignored because the worst of you constantly do crap like we see in this video. And the best of you seldom speak out, or curtail those you KNOW act this way in your force.

Always love stories like these. If you are going to f-ck with someone, stop and think for a few minutes. Just because they are overweight, blind or missing a limb doesn’t mean they can’t send you right to God with our hands if we choose. You never know who they are and the things they have learned and done in their past. And by the time you do learn, it may be too late for you.

So, the next time you are in line at Starbucks and decide to screw with someone for whatever reasons, remember, we are not responsible for your physical appearance afterwards, or your hospital bill. That day could become a serious charlie foxtrot for you.
