  • That is not accurate. At all.

Chaffetz voted for a bill that would have reduced overall funding of US embassies in general. The Libyan embassy was not singled out. If passed, the bill would have forced funds to be funneled to where they were needed the most. Any embassy in the Middle-East should have been at the top of the list to receive the most funds.

Nice try at inserting the newest lie of this Regime like Soledad O’Brien and Rachel Maddow did.

  • Please, people, don’t be overconfident.

Pray that God gives Mr. Ryan clarity of mind and speech. Pray that the American people pay attention and have understanding.

Pray that this nation remain a Christian nation that warrants His protection and guiding hand. Let Him know that we have not turned our back on Him and that we love Him and want Him to heal our land.

    2 Chronicles 7:14
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

  • I agree completely. I think he and Ryan should both take this approach. Ignorance is Liberalism’s best friend. The more people truly understand how stuff works the more conservative they become. At least on fiscal matters.

Compare the substance that Romney and Ryan are providing versus Mr. HopeyChange McFairness!

  • Steelhead:

Ryan voted for TARP, not Obama’s stimulus package which is being discussed in this article.

  • This guy is so wrong in so many ways.

First off, Timothy McVeigh was an Atheist. So right off the bat this guy proves that he’s not interested in truth but rather advancing a personal agenda.

Secondly, and most important of all, their can be no relativism between acts of Christians and acts of Muslims. Because, like it or not, ISLAM PROMOTES MURDER!!

Has he not heard of the term “Jihad”? Does he not understand that there is not Christian equivalent to it?

Those who murder in the name of Islam can point to texts from their faith that condone it.

Any Christian who claims to kill in the name of God is directly disobeying the teachings that he is supposed to follow, therefore he is NOT a Christian.

It seems simple. But I guess Reagan was right; “Well, the trouble with our liberal friends is not that they’re ignorant; it’s just that they know so much that isn’t so.”

  • I wonder if these people realize that they are not protesting Kirk Cameron, but actually protesting against the word of God?

If the bible says it’s a sin to eat an apple and you call an apple-eating wrong, you are not “hating”.

It’s time to call the homosexual movement what it really is and that is a thinly-veiled anti-Christian movement. The harder they press, the more this becomes clear.

Look at Dan Savage’s remarks about the bible and the way he treated those Christian kids. Look at the Chick-Fil-A umbroglio and now this.

I think the picture of the protesters standing in front of a church holding signs is probably the most truthful image in regard to the heart of this issue.

  • Rumor mill: Jesse Jackson Jr. in rehab?

    July 12, 2012 at 10:02am

This sounds bogus to me. He was being charged for ethics violations and I think had some possible criminal charges looming over his head and suddenly he’s mentally ill. Riiiight!!

  • Show this to your kids.

Teach them that they have to take control of their own destiny or they will twist in the wind with no choice of the shape they end up in.

  • These new methods of extreme violence remind you of jihadists? Think that’s a coincidence?

This is the result of their new partners teaching them new ways to do business. How long before this becomes more frequent and deeper inside our side of the border?

Not long! Obama will let it happen too.

  • The kid has balls. I like him!
