  • Granted on Marco, but there wasn’t much wrong with Hagel unless your sources are John McCain and Lindsey Graham *snicker snort*
    Rand is the man.

  • …..and more bullcrap from Foolstuff. Glad to clear up that he/she/it stands with Graham and McCain over real constitutionalists like Rand.
Newsflash, Foolstuff: Holding out on guys like Hagel, Lew, and Kerry only means that
    1) They get passed through anyway, or
    2) Someone worse gets nominated in their stead. That’s it. THAT’S IT.
First off, there was precious little actually wrong with Hagel (who gives a crap what he thinks about Israel? Seriously? He’s our SoD, not theirs), and the list of nominees would have gotten worse after Kerry and Lew. So take your brain f–ts somewhere else, mkay? Suggestion: Only criticize Rand if you actually have something to criticize him about…..

  • Rand Paul Writes Giant Check to U.S. Treasury

    In reply to Mainer forever.

Good comment, Mainer Forever. Too bad Goodstuff is a lying troll/spammer.

  • “All anyone has to know about Ron Paul is that he endorsed Cnythia McKinney (a Communist) and Ralph Nader (an anti-capitalist) in ’08 for POTUS for signing a pledge.”

That’s a lie. He said he would CONSIDER endorsing anyone who signed his anti-Federal Reserve pledge. Only 4 people did, so that excludes everyone else. He only endorsed Chuck Baldwin in ’08.

“Ron Paul didn’t even have the cajones to stand up and vote on the NDAA in ’12, yet he and his malcontents railed against those that did. Can’t wait for this POS to take the dirt nap…”

Couldn’t have had anything to do with the House rushing through the vote while Paul (and Bachmann as well, you gonna call her out for doing the exact same thing?) were out campaigning. That is one of the most ridiculous charges against Paul I’ve heard in a while.

  • David Silverman lost pretty much all credibility when he got his backside torched in a formal debate with James R. White. If you want to see an atheist look stupid-as-heck, watch that beatdown.

  • Every single one of the Republicans that Boehner disenfranchised were “Ron Paul Republicans”. The RNC still has its head in the sand thinking that they can win while ******* former Ron Paul supporters off. These people are seriously delusional.

  • And with an attitude like that, you’re somehow better than they are? Let’s just take a stroll back to Dachau while we’re at it, or praise the Hutu’s for wiping out the horrid Tutsis…..
So much for “all men are created equal.” Sometimes I wonder if people can read what they write…..

  • As a Protestant (more specifically, a Reformed Southern Baptist), I agree with this bishop that voting is an incredibly important thing, and that there are certain issues a Christian should never vote in favor of. However, he goes to far. Any man who is in Christ is a new creation, and as Christ Himself said “This is the will of Him who sent Me, that of all that He has given Me I lose nothing, but raise it up on the last day.” (John 6:39), and “…to fulfill the word which He spoke, “Of those whom You have given Me I lost not one.” (John 18:9). It is impossible for a child of the Most High to lose his/her salvation. That said, I will grant that if a Christian willingly and gladly voted for unspeakable evil (abortion, for example), I would have grounds to question the sincerity of their conversion — but it is impossible for anything, much less a vote, to deprive someone of the salvation that Christ purchased for them in His death and resurrection.

  • Never, EVER underestimate the power of an inspiring speech — and THAT was an inspiring speech. Ignoring the fact that 90% (at a minimum) of what she said was BS, that’s the kind of speech that can rally the base behind your candidate. Heck, I wish we still saw that kind of enthusiasm as Tea Party rallies. Too bad we can’t get that fired up for Mitt Romney, because…..well, because Barack Obama represents his voter base (not saying that’s a good thing, ’cause it isn’t) , but Mitt Romney doesn’t represent his voter base…..

  • If a specific sect or religious group wants to call itself a Christian organization, it CANNOT deny:
    1) Monotheism
    2)The virgin birth of Christ
    3) Justification by faith alone and salvation by grace alone through Christ alone
    4) The inerrancy, infallibility, and inspiration of Scripture
    5) Sola Scriptura
    6) The Trinity
The Mormon Church denies all of the above — therefore, it cannot be considered a part of the Christian faith as long as it continues to deny 6 orthodox Christian beliefs.
