Just crack and roll on the counter. Rinse. Easy peasy.

So who is the lynch mob now?
 October 7, 2014 at 11:25am
I would be Andrew Wilcow.

Rush and Mark Levin are my top two, but guess who is starting to compete with Rush? Andrew Wilkow. Andrew is a rising star and will earn his place among the top of the top.
Glenn Beck is in a category of his own. Glenn is not 99.5% correct and neither is he a “facts cannot be broken” kind of guy. What Glenn brings to the table is a sobering, humanistic, crazy man narrative who accurately charts our present course and the outcomes years down the road. He’s the guy standing with the loudspeaker in Times Square pleading for sanity in this world. Hopefully he is not the guy with the loudspeaker yelling “Bring out your dead!” after his warnings go unheeded.
DUI checkpoints in general are appalling. The driver was incorrect for not presenting his driver license and insurance. DUI checkpoints are Constitutional, but Police abuse this privilege by using it as detainment and unlawful search opposed to public service.
The Police Officer was incorrect for escalating by opening the car door and escalating with physical force. When a Police Officer has a disposition where he loses control over something like this, the possibility of escalation to higher level of force, including deadly force, becomes unacceptable.
Show your license, but you do not have to answer any questions. You should ask whether you are detained and free to go.
This Police Officer should be thoroughly reviewed, rebuked, and have this incident placed in his service record.
"DUI checkpoints are Constitutional,"
Absolutely not. Read John Locke's 2nd Treatise on Government.
Not the words of progressive judges.
Statists do not trump individual rights as clearly spelled out in the Constitution.
"The driver was incorrect for not presenting his driver license and insurance..."
The officer hadn't asked for it. The officer claimed that he had asked for it, but he hadn't. After that false claim, the driver simply made the comment that he wasn't obligated to provide it, which is when the second officer lost control of his emotions.
The driver continuously asked if he was being detained, and the officer wouldn't give a straight answer. If the officer is right in requiring his license and insurance, then shouldn't he clearly request it, and acknowledge that the driver is indeed being detained for failing to comply with a lawful order? What are they trying to hide?
the driver did present his license and insurance, when finally asked, the first officer never asked for it, and the second one had come up assuming that he had been asked and tried to illegally pull man out of his car. spouting that driving was a privilege, as if that was enough of a reason to enter the vehicle and demand the man out of the car. without probable cause of a crime.

Because they are Jewish in name and not really Jewish. To my non-Jewish friends, Jewish law is based on the Old Testament which is the foundation of the Bible. Think of it this way, if a Christian does not obey the Golden Rule or Commandments, is that person behaving like a Christian? The same holds true for Jews. The left wing wackos who claim to be Jewish do not represent those of us who are cultural or religious Jews. If you want to get a basic understanding about Jews then check out http://www.chabad.org/ . There are many other sites to choose from.

It would limit large corporations from spending big money on Republican candidates while permitting labor unions to spend all they want on Democrat candidates.
Frankly, I believe everyone except the individual citizen should be banned from making any kind of political donation. How do people like you and me compete with big corporate and union donations? The answer is we don’t and that is why there is so much corruption. Let’s start with term limits first.
Personally, I see no problem with corporate or union donations given a few caveats.
1) No more crony capitalism.
2) No more of this BS where the Democrats control both sides of the bargaining table with public sector unions (which shouldn't exist anyway) and their private sector brethren.
These things aren't going to happen, and this Amendment won't go anywhere.
To which I say "GOOD!". Right now the only thing offsetting the Left from having three times more money than their competition is corporate donations. Remove the corporate donations and we'd be swamped by public and private union money buying elections.
Actually, what really needs to happen is that voters need to educate themselves on the candidates and where they stand on the issues that concern them.
SPOT ON! Its not a government "by the corporations, for the corporations, and of the corporations", its the PEOPLE that count! Term limits and a LAW ABIDING government would be a good start! Follow the laws already on the books or be "fired" for malfeasance.
The bill would limit all contributions by labor and corporations. I agree they should do term limits first or along with this bill.
Problem is Republicans in the house will not even pick up the bill. Plus they don't work enough days left in the year to pass it.
Lazy and an excuse all in one.

These idiots in Detroit can have all the free water they want. Since they are not working they can grab a bucket and march themselves down to the Detroit River. Seriously, they have Lake Huron to the North and Lake Erie to the south. They can carry as much water as they want and its all free! There you have it! Water is a human right now go and get it.

Looks like that glass did what it was supposed to do when it wore out or became over stressed. The comment from Willis Tower was a bit disingenuous. That glass is definitely broken. If I’m wrong, I’m sure there will be plenty of Willis Tower volunteers standing there testing the not broken theory.

You will never get a straight answer from the greenies. On a side note, I sat in the DMV for two hours yesterday. Now I know where we keep all the mental giants on global warming.

The climate has been changing for over four billion years and now we have geniuses who are measuring climate change year by year. Has it occurred to anyone it is warming because the last ice age is ending? How about a majority of CO2 emissions are from natural sources? Should we outlaw organic material from decomposing? Perhaps we should outlaw liberals from breathing. That should level off the amount of hot air in the atmosphere.

I am a law abiding citizen with a spotless record, still I will defend my right to bear arms. If the police are bold enough behave like the Gestapo and enter home to take my weapons then it is these police officers who are criminal. The Second Amendment is absolute and will not be questioned. I hope the day comes where I do not need to defend myself against rogue police like Officer Peterson.
If we have to register guns, which are completely inert until they are used, then I expect we will be required to license our steak knives and scissors in the near future.
I believe most law enforcement officials will not obey an illegal order to confiscate a model citizen’s arms for any reason, including a registry. I believe and trust most law enforcement officials are of the highest integrity and will focus on the real felons running in our streets.

Kentucky, if you vote for this idiot you are cutting your own throats.

I don’t believe anything these politicians say. If you are going to impeach the President, then impeach him already. How many crimes and misdemeanors do you need?

I didn’t care for some of Bush’s politics, but I will give him a lot of credit for being a gracious gentleman. That is more than I can say for Obama who feels the need to politicize and ingratiate himself at every opportunity.
Personally, I would have flown commercial, middle seat coach if need be, to avoid spending a twenty hour trip the Obama’s, Valerie Jarrett, and Holder. Air Force One appears to be luxurious but the company is more important than the venue.
But just think about the conversations the Bushes can have for months now about the Obamas. They saw it first hand, it won't just be what the media is reporting.

Half the problem was the U.S. car makers bleed the company dry, the other half of the problem was the unions looted the rest. I support unions who take care of their people to the extent of keeping them safe and unexploited, but in this case it was all greed. I will stick with the foreign car makers. Surprisingly more parts and assembly occur in the U.S. with Honda and Toyota than most U.S. vehicles.
Prior to the "great money giveaway" I had only purchased vehicles from GM and FORD.
However, since the Fed's gave money to GM, I have purchased two Toyota vehicles.
If Toyota would build a full size SUV, I would probably buy it too!
