Okay, so here’s the thing, I’m not a Trump supporter. I will be voting for him. It wasn’t easy to get there, but I will vote for him. He keeps trying to lose my vote, but I’m going to do it. Before you GB fans start on me, let me just tell you……when I go in the booth and press his button, The Good Lord and I, will both know, it’s not the worst thing I’ve ever done.

That said, you Trump supporters promised me he’d lay it all on the table. In the last debate if she goes into one of these ” the children are watching” or “we are a county of religious freedom”. And out of that foul mouth I am voting for, Trump doesn’t lay down some truth, then I call BS on all of you.

Trump let her get away with that adopted boy story. What about my male children? What about his sons? They are white. She and every leader in her party have made white men, for YEARS, the root of all evil. What the he!! does she think my boys think she’ll do to them if she gets elected?

Trump let her get away with religious freedom for all? Her party voted down God, never mind religion, 3 times at a convention. What the he!! should any religious person make of that? That they are the party of religious freedom so long as God is not involved?

Why can’t anybody who is in the RNC or the leader at the moment DONALD TRUMP, talk about these peoples bigotry?

    Five judges?

Look, you Trump supporters can do whatever you want. I’m a Texan and Cruz was my guy. I don’t want Hillary. I’ve work the polls in my county. BTW, Trump didn’t win any counties in Texas. Cruz won every county, Hillary won every county. My business covers 20 counties in South Texas, but there are 6 more I will go to if they need me. I cover 200 to 400 miles a day, working with all kinds of folks. You don’t drive up to a gas station, feed store, parking lot and hear Rush or Hannity on the radios anymore. You hear people say “he don’t need our vote” – that’s the election talk. No names, no what if’s, just he don’t need us or our ideas. Republicans only hold South Texas by a little bit. Bexar County (San Antonio) and Travis (Austin) love Hillary. She will win Harris (Houston) and Dallas. Republicans win in Texas because we come out and vote every time. We know we have to. If you are a Trump supporter and not worried about Texas – you should. Everyone will vote the down ticket, but they believe you when you say you can do it without them.

You are part of the problem. I keep looking for ways to support Trump, but you keep talking.

Sorry, I don’t believe that, wish I did. Hope you are right.

Sorry about the errors above, bad weather/connection here. Anyway, Ginsburg, Kennedy, Breyer, Thomas, Alito, Sotomayer, Roberts, Kegan – who is retiring?

  • [2] May 9, 2016 at 1:22pm

I am a Cruz person. He is my Senator. But, I am now looking at my options. People who support Trump keep talking about all of these court choices. Who are they? At present there is 1 open seat.
What liberal judge do you see stepping down if Trump wins? Do you think someone will die? Scalia was pretty unhealthy. Let’s say Trump wins and gets four years. They are going to have to die at just the right time. When Cruz made the argument about justices being replaced, to me, if was more possible. He has worked with and around the older justices on the court. He has argued before them. Having a strict constitutionalist like Cruz picking their replacement maybe they would have retired. Big maybe But, the feminist or the environmentalist (the two most likely liberals) leaving if Trump is in the WH? I don’t see it.

Trump speaks about taking away the 1st amendment if he doesn’t like you. The 2nd, I think the fight to ban ALL guns will take place in individual states before it reaches the court. That will be so ugly, there might not be a court. When it comes to 3 or 4 Justices, this is my point exactly about Trump supporters paying attention now until they get their way and then tuning out again. Right now there are 2 liberal justices that had signaled (before Obama was nominated) they could step down, but neither has. Why? I have said I don’t want Hillary. You guys make this so personal and yet you think NO ONE else takes this seriously. Trump and many of his supporters don’t even know the players on the field. As of this moment there is 1 open seat. Threading the needle on a court pick is not easy to do. If you think it is foolish to point out that a man, who will not educate himself on the way the country runs and who runs it at present, may not be up to picking one – okay. Just like Trump and his supporters, every other official (elected or appointed) has their own agenda too. Not to mention those who didn’t vote for your guy or don’t vote at all. These are unsettled times. “Bite off my nose to spite my face”, when we are (at present) talking about 1 justice, that is unnamed and unseated. Really? Levin and Beck do not own me. I do enjoy listening, sometimes screaming at them. Unlike some Trump supporters my foulness is between me and the TV/radio.

This stuff is why Trump will lose. I’m a Cruz fan. I love my Senator. I could have voted for maybe 5 of the others running, no problem. Before he started talking I could have voted for Trump. I could not wait to see what he would bring to the table. Trump gives me no reason to vote for him. Some of his supporters are really offensive. I don’t want Hillary. I keep trying to find something about Trump that I could go with. And then he does stupid things like this. The odds that Hillary would share the stage with another woman are really small. Warren and Hillary are not fans of one another. Look at her comments, she is no shill for Hillary. Now because Trump refuses to inform himself, he starts a war with a woman that represents the democrats that don’t want Hillary. Trump and his supports are ripping apart their party and bringing together the democrats. Did any of you people even pay attention to politics before Trump? You come here and scream “bow to us” and you don’t even know who your fighting against.

I’m done with ALL of this. David Barton, Glen Beck these men are all talk. While they make money to protect themselves. They ALWAYS find a way to abandon the “little” people in the end. Good luck to all of you, but really just like the GOP it is one excuse after another. “God wants me to scare the heck out of you, but he doesn’t want me to use my influence to help you, unless of course you want to buy a book..” – Okay

I hope other Texas parents will do as I did this morning. I contacted my school district and told them that none of my children will participate in any activity which includes this school. Not a sport, not a band event, not a chess game. Nada. Plano can’t stop this behavior, because they don’t want to. If my kids school wants to remove them from their teams/groups/clubs so be it. And, because I know the comment is coming….this is Texas after all….YES no playing EVEN if it means removal from the team. I’d rather just pay for college then compromise with whatever evil spawned this.

I just want to live in a world where 2+2 = 4. I keep hearing these democrats screaming that closing the government means paychecks wont go out. People will have to stay home, their will be uncertainty. Just the work and money spent on PREPARING for a “maybe” shut down stops all forward progress. Government employee cant go about their real work and the planning costs billions of dollars.

The time to give interviews about internal state plans was – NEVER. Quit talking and get finished with those domes along the coast. When are you going to start on Perry’s rumored sea wall plans? If we were actually allowed to police the border it would be doable without the federal government. We have seen time and time again that the feds restrict our ability to see to our safety from the south.

If you’re a farmer or rancher with secondary grey water wells you need to be updating them. We need three to four more desalination plants up and running, including the ones that are currently going up. Everyday I see electrical pole work going on, but we need to get that underground. We are on track with solar – biggest fields in the country. But we are not working hard enough on personal fuel. Not enough farmers and ranchers are ready to make their own.

We are still building with wood on the surface, that HAS to stop. We are not updating the rail system fast enough to move troops or supplies throughout the state in a crisis. I am not talking about fast rail, but updating the old rail system already in place. We don’t have enough public transportation running on hydrogen. If your not making your own loads, have not updated your welding skills and don’t have at least one garden underground working off light tubes – your falling down on your job as a Texan.

I could clearly go on and on. People from other states used to joke that you got a few ac

Given that the Mom was the first to die I think we can say she tried to stop him. But, I have to tell you the first time I attended a PTA meeting about these kind of school shootings I knew we were in trouble. I got up and suggested that we should all think of our kid as the possible shooter. That way we would all be watching everyday. You would have thought I was suggesting that the earth was square. I mean it was just not possible “their” kids would do this.

    Mr. Brown,

I work with soldiers every day. I always find myself humbled by the situations they are put into and manage to get themselves out of. The selflessness you guys display never ceases to amaze me. That “I served so everyone everywhere could be free to live their lives in the manner they see fit” gets me every time. I am way to judgmental for that. I like to think I can be honest with myself.

I don’t have what it takes to be a soldiers. A lot of us don’t. Most of us admit this and that’s why we are always heaping praise on you guys. But, there are always going to be a few of us that are embarrassed by Men and Woman like you.

If your thinking all these people see is that missing limb when they look at you – your wrong. What they are really seeing is how far you would go for them – strangers. You weren’t hustled down that aisle and put in that corner for any other reason then that they are embarrassed by their inability to be half the human being you are.

So in the future when someone one looks away or hustles you off I hope your smile gets a little bigger. Because in that moment they’ve acknowledged who you are and their inability to be you.

I wish you EVERYTHING good. God bless. Thank you.

Just remember to get far enough outside the city to avoid building codes. Make sure you work with someone who knows what they are doing when it comes to building underground – for safety. Check that the properties that surround yours don’t have extensive pipelines near your property line, if they do, build accordingly. Don’t finance anything. And, look for property in places that don’t count underground structures as taxable – crazy, but true – in some counties if they don‘t see it, they don‘t tax it. But, remember you will (almost) never be able to resell a underground home to someone who needs bank financing to purchase it.

If you merely want to be self sufficient you need to start thinking outside the box. How much land could you really hold if the government was coming after farmers? How much is enough to go unnoticed and still achieve your goal? How are you going to shield your crops from exposure to chemicals in the air and GMO seeds that spread to kill out your crops?

On three acres you can sustain ten adults. If you lay it out properly and have year round yield. You need to go underground literally. That way your crops and animals don’t attract attention and you are for the most part safe from environmental factors. Light tubes – mirrors reflecting sun thru tubes underground have made underground gardens more than possible. Smaller animals can be just as productive, attract less attention and easier to maintain i.e. goats instead of cows.

A small town not to far outside of the city may a better thought than “rural”, more affordable too. You need to look into what they are doing with underground dome housing also. If you and your husband have “do it yourself” capability it is easier than you think. I don’t imagine a 3 acre plot that just has a 10×12 storage building sitting on it (entrance) and a few small animals grazing attracts the attention a 100 acre farm does.

I’m not a fan of either party, but what are you Dems going to do if the US holds together and the next Pres is a Rep? You have been giving this Pres. so much power how are you going to feel when you are on the outside again?

  • December 6, 2012 at 5:27pm

No one seems to be pointing out water here. Water moves thru the US because we all have a common goal. But, even now we are seeing prices rise and access change. Texas is over huge aquifers, but water is an issue. To all of you talking about not letting Texas leave without the US military stepping in – what does that say about YOU? Pres. Obama has barely held office for four of eight years and your already talking about going after your neighbor with the military. Dems are such bullies.

Sorry to post off topic here. But this is the newest post and about Pelosi so I’m going where the comments are. I have seen several democrats out on the “shows” this weekend saying how the story on Benghazi hasn’t changed and that the CIA did not request help. Also they are saying that other Presidents, like Reagan, had Americans die on their watch and no one called for impeachment. They are using the Marine barrack bombing as a “for instance”. We really need to push back against this Monday. But, if we are all saying the same thing your congressmen and senators will say we are using some “talking point”. Please take a few minutes and refresh yourself on the histories of past attacks so on Monday morning you are loaded for bear when you call the hill. You are calling the hill – Right?

Our side – I’m not even sure if we have one in Washington anymore – doesn’t seem to be able to find the butts with both hands. Never mind make an intelligent argument on the fly. We need to help them out. All of the latest BS from the democrats can be easily answered but everyone needs to do it in THEIR own words. I want to thank you guys, I have loved ones deployed and I can’t tell you how grateful I am for all your efforts on their behalf. – THANK YOU!
