The best mode of transportation is * hands down* horseback.
I did it a few times…just laid across the saddle and the horse knew where he was going.
Yes..we did get a bunch of stares and whispers when we showed up on horses at parties….but they were the best lol
A friend of mine got into a verbal fight with his wife, and my friend decided that the best thing to do was to just get away from his wife for a little while, so he stormed out of the house. However, he had been drinking, and knowing better than to drive, he just went for a walk to calm down. So... he ended up getting picked up for public intoxication. To make it even worse, he had to call his wife to come and get him.
Steve has to pee...
Drunk falls off riding lawn mower...

@ Axe - It's not how fast you mow, it's how well you mow fast in order to escape the police.
There was this guy who lived on top of this big hill and every Saturday he would
ride his mule to the tavern at the bottom.
One Saturday... some of the guys played a trick on the guy by turning his saddle
backwards ! Sure enough that the old man staggered out in the dark an hopped
on to his mule and she headed home.
All of a sudden his wife his wife heard him sobbing outside of his home.
She said "what's wrong ..what's wrong!!
The old guy said "look honey they cut Jenny's head clean off !!!"
About that time the mule" passed gas".
The old man took his hat and covered the mules backside and shouted
"Do something quick ...do it quick....she's losing air!!!"

I wonder how the police will handle the long lines at the station once they ban assault riffles. I imagine the line of criminals who will turn heir weapons over to the police will stretch for miles. There is no way local police departments will be able to handle all the murders, rapist, drug dealers, and mobsters who volunteer to obey the new laws.

Oh !!! the great Harvard grad can not pass the bar. Probably the valedictorian. I have worked with these Harvard men. They are not impressive at all. In fact< they came across as stupid.
Maybe help the Republicans keep control of the senate. If the Dumocrats gain the senate, the Second Amendment is gone!

Never understood why gays would patronize a place that does not agree with their life style. To me it is like going to a restaurant and ordering an item not on the menu. Go to Mickey D’s and order a taco.
Because the purpose of the "gay rights" agenda is to destroy Christianity. They are at war with us. They use lawsuits as weapons.

Christians are their own worse enemies. Their division and man made evolution of the church has weakened its social standing. They have to blame some group. They say crap like”you can’t be good without good” as if people can not see good and evil as man made.
Good & evil man-made?
No matter what horror they participate in, folks tend to think of themselves as fairly descent people. The human mind can find reasons to accept or excuse all sorts of things. That is one reason why there is so much evil in the world, I think you might agree.
Religion posits an external standard of good and evil that can name something wrong even if people are able to rationalize it away as perfectly fine.
Slavery was a global phenomenon that affected every inhabited continent for millennia before Europeans pushed out the conquering armies that had invaded and opressed them and took their turn.
It was the equivalent of the religious right of the day that pushed for the abolion of slavery...and worldwide not everyone agrees even today that it is morally wrong.
If standards of good and evil are made by us to serve our ends, could they be right?
How many human generations accepted warfare as a just and moral way to obtain land or wealth? People did not like to lose battles (or become slaves), but that is different from claiming that they thought it was the wrong way to decide who would own what. A claim easily proven by their own later actions when they had the capabilities to win.
The overwhelming majority of these people
thought they were good - just like you.
The cultural and ideological roots
that taught you such things are wrong ...are being attacked.
What side are you on?
Actually, you would do well to read at least 3
chapters in 6 Great Ideas by Mortimer J Adler
Chapters 10 - 12
When you finish those 3 you may be drawn into chapter 13, or decide you have missed a bit and start the whole book at the beginning.
Objective good (real and apparent good) are addressed in a non-theistic manner. Real and apparent goods are divided among goods we desire to have, do, or be and further divided and discussed.
Also a very clear explanation of why David Hume was correct when he said that from our knowledge of fact - and that alone- it is not possible to reason to a valid 'ought' or 'ought not'. ... BUT validation of an ought (or ought not) can be logically supported by more than true descriptions of the real world.
I think this is the best refutation of your assumption that good and evil are man made.
People can do good and evil, but the reality of it's definition exists outside of our understanding or agreement as to what good (and evil) are. Such true definitions exist as discoverable, not as created, by man. This is something that can be logically proven.
You may think that by using non theistic arguments that I am supporting your case that theism is not required. I am starting where you are.
Right and wrong exist regardless of your understanding or agreement, as smoking causes cancer even in people who don't know that. If right and wrong/good & evil exist as such regardless of your ideas or beliefs about them . . .

I have asked many questions that clergy can not answer
1. How is dying and going to haven a sacrifice?
2. why are there so many denominations?
3 why would a loving god punish a soul for eternity?
4. why are all promises after you die?
5. Why does god let man made religion exist?
on and on
 June 6, 2016 at 6:00pm
Who is we? Christians? Well I would bet they are sick of your self righteous crap. your church has morphed from a united god inspired group into a hateful, self righteous, and splintered gruop who believe they have an exclusive on good and evil. You can not point out any atheist who believe that evil does not exist in the world. However, because they do not want to put up with all the man made religion, you all claim they are inherently evil

show one real study that shows Christian have all the values.
I'll do you one better. I can tell you for a fact that all Christians would LIKE to have all the best values. It's only a matter of time before continual failure leads to success eh? Dismissing so many values because they happened to be concentrated in a being worthy of worship is the real failure.
 June 6, 2016 at 3:45pm
it is not, and a real god would not.
 June 6, 2016 at 3:44pm
you got that right.
 June 6, 2016 at 3:44pm
What!!!! The agenda is with the religions! when was the last time an atheist knocked on you door to convert you?
Why must we be polarized on everything? I’m not talking about belief systems. There is more to this on both sides. Strings are being pulled to cause division amongst Americans. I’m talking bigger picture and the use of movements. wake the hell up.
When an atheist sees someone the recognize as Christian, they can't let it go. They always commence with their petty attacks and obvious hostilities. Talk about proselytizing! They get angrier when you don't respond to them. Atheists cannot form a society apart from the frame work of Christian Capitalism and can only exist as a parasitic fungus on the lower underbelly of any society. Any atheist gathering is just a bunch of guys asking where all the woman are. Sausage fest.
