  I would love to see a Palin/Ryan ticket in ’16. If they had a catchy, patriotic tune, (sort of like the Clintons and their 70′s theme song), it would definietly shake up everyone, I think. It makes me giggle just to think of it!

  This man is incredibly talented! I, too, appreciate that he is following God’s call on his life. Now that he has been “discovered”, I know that his faithfulness to God will pay off. There is a sort of Norman Rockwell style to his paintings, and I have always been such a fan of his.
  I saw this today and, because of this man’s creativity, he reminded me of Glenn Beck and how Glenn appreciates innovation. Perhaps he needs to be brought into the Dream Labs?

  There seems to be a lot of information missing. Who were the ones involved initially? (The primary assault) Then, what happened next? Where were the hostages taken, and by whom, and for what purpose, i.e: for ransom? Who coordinated the rescue operations, and how quickly after the initial attack was it undertaken? Where were the escapees taken, and in what condition? Did the attackers want control of the plant, or did they just want to get rid of forgieners? Who is at the plant now, if anyone? Just some questions in my mind.

  When I was having an extremely difficult pregnancy, I would have a “rest time” every afternoon. I used this time to talk to God…in my mind, as I usually did. I told God that I would be grateful and humbled to be honored to be the mother of a special needs child. I accepted this prognosis. Day after day, I just knew that my prayers were being heard, and it seemed I “heard” with my “inside ears”, the Lord answer: “Ok.” Then, one day, the answer seemed to me to be, “If you could have any child in the world, what would you have?” I objected, but that answered continued during my daily rests. Finally, I thought about it, and answered that I would like to have a “blonde-haired, blue-eyed, healthy, smart, little girl who loves the world, and is not a picky eater.” (I have little patience with finicky eaters.) At first, it seemed the only reply I got was, “Okay.” Then, one day, it just seemed as though God said, “That is who you are carrying.” I continued to pray, and recieved the same answer, so I began to tell people about it. I was convinced by the time I was 8 months. People thought I was crazy, due to the stress, but what a turn-out on my delivery day! There she was: sitting up in the nursery, all 5lbs of her, staring at each one, individually through the window. She was a blue-eyed, blonde-****, healthy, smart, little girl, who by 2 amazed me with her spiritual questions, and by 4, her favorite food was escargo. True story.   Actually, according to the Bible, Damascus will be laid waste during the night. It seems that it will be uninhabitable for many many years. My thoughts are that there are hidden caches of biological weapons, that may be accidently set off. We are truly drawing near. Oh, and an FYI, even though the nations of the world rise up against Isreal, God Almighty will fight for His own. Wow, they do NOT know with Whom they are dealing. It will be an awesome thing to see God take care of His own.

  I don’t believe this was a “man of color”. From his statements (lies) regarding Isreal, he is most likely a Mus…. That being said, since he is in Texas, and wants to get out of town and head south, I will presume he ends up in Mexico. He may even have some friends there, that he “deals with” on a regular basis. One never knows. This is “Hate Speech”, pure and simple, yet I doubt it will be followed up by anyone. Sad.

  My older daughter, her husband and family, took part in a blockade against the Westboro jerks, during a funeral for a fallen soldier. They, and so very many others came and formed a human chain that the Westboros could not break through. They sang hymns and patriotic songs to drowned out the awful chants by the Jerks. They won. The creeps crept back into their holes. The same type of respect should be shown the people of Newtown, as was shown to the Amish back when they had such a tragedy. These people do not need the media in their faces at such a time.
  Still, it seems odd that this occured in a place with such strict gun laws. How i wish that the school had some guns of their own in the office, or a security guard on hand. So so very very sad.

  My daughter and I saw it yesterday. The LOTR series was a special thing for the two of us, and she treated me to this one. (She has so grown up!) I had to explain a few things, creatures, background, etc to her during the movies, as she had not read the appendices of the LOTR book. I thought some of the material was a bit hard to follow, as they really didn’t tell the story with the proper cohesiveness. However, when all three come together, I am sure it will be amazing. I did miss some of the scenes that were in the trailers, yet not in this movie, i.e. Bilbo shopping at the Shire market. I was so looking forward to more Shire scenes.

  Do people not notice that when a country loses its faith in Jesus Christ, the crime rate goes up, and the literacy rate goes down? Check it out. One would think that the governments would be doing all they can to promote the True Gospel of Peace. Yet here we are, where up is down, and wrong is right. How sad. Come soon, Lord Jesus!!!
