It has proven itself out time after time…google gun deaths based on gun law severity(by state)…I am a native Arizonan and carry concealed everyday and so do many of my friends and family members..it places a huge amount of responsibility on the firearm carrying public to control themselves..thusly responsible gun owners and CCW carrying,law abiding citizens do not just willy nilly shoot at people. we are in control of our emotions and anger unlike the great unwashed brothers who think it is sport to shoot at each other…in my mind the race card is dog eared and torn from great over use …
