  Agreed. Once someone has lied, I have a problem and can no longer assume anything they say can be taken at face value. A nice guy? What does that mean? That they once shared cab fare?

  Barber2 – It was bad enough with the tax returns. I wouldn’t have given them anything. I don’t trust any of them and have said as much time and time again. The words are twisted and we get shouted down. Look at how reid uses his position in the senate against cruz. What a weasel…

  Billy – Jesus would do 2 things. He would weep for us all as he wept for the city of Jerusalem in Luke 19 before He entered. He knew, as a prophet, what the future foretold and He knows our future. Second, He would not spend time reading or writing but be out telling people the truths of John 14. That He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. Use the time and your words not to ask questions but to point people to our Lord and Saviour. In the end, there is only one choice to make: are you for or against Him? God bless you and your family

  God loves those who love Him. There are those who have willingly rejected God and will do so until the end. God has closed their hearts to His grace and mercy. Unless each of us makes an individual claim and acknowledges Jesus as Lord and Saviour, there is no salvation.

  Alright. I’ll ask the question. Since you’re obviously so intelligent. I, as a follower of Jesus as Lord and Saviour, have now taken your advise and sent a letter to our government and asked them to please no longer use any of my tax dollars to funds abortions. But please continue to use the rest of my taxes to repair the roads and defend my borders. Please send the amount not used for abortions back to me. How is that supposed to work? The bible tells us to render to cesaer what belongs to him. I pay my taxes for the upkeep of certain things in my town and county. If there is a corrupt government that abuses those funds, do I have the right to cut off the funding as I see fit? If so, why did planned parenthood throw such a fit when susan b kohen cut off funding.

  I see what Send did. She/He/It took the Luke 19:27 verse complete out of context and says that we, as followers of Jesus, now advocate killing non-believers. Send has little regard for the weight of the words of the Bible or her own comments. Throwing out thoughts and not actually knowing the history behind any of them. The KKK was a democratic party founded organization started to keep the black population and the abolitionist movement in check. Having read many of the comments in the past, all I see is a petulance and ignorance to learn. Not sure why we even bother.
