28 : The first thought that came to my mind . I can not believe the utter gall of these Democrats in light of what is going on in the world and in the USA . . Today's Democrats = The Audacity of Dopes !

“We are 5 days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America” — Barack Obama
Consider it practically done, sadly.
The Nation was built on the premise that we are a nation of laws not of men.
The most basic foundational element has been completely destroyed. When people in power are above the law, the people serving under the law will revolt and rebell.
We are seeing a slow moving rebellion now. Carter gave us Reagan. Obama gave us Trump. The pendulum swings with a vengence.

You folks that downvote obvious sarcasm are quite funny, but to each their own.

I see that you’re holding a pop-tart in the shape of a gun – I now feel that you’re threatening me…
I would have enjoyed watching a debate between Clinton and Cruz – so much! That would have been conservative porn – to be watched over and over and over. Maybe 4 yrs from now…

Smoky Mtns are great – if you can stomach Dollywood and gimiky tourist traps – stay in Gatlinburg and travel up the pass via hiking trails and such.

Agreed – for the majority – all should be transferred to being State Parks. Although there are a few that cross borders with Canada (and possibly Mexico as well).

Yes – and I’ve been meaning to do that for a while – thanks for the kick in the butt Blaze.
I’m going to go see Glacier National Park instead of any of the above, I’ve heard much better things about this park. https://www.nps.gov/glac/planyourvisit/index.htm
Glacier is amazing. It makes you want to drop out and live there. The one on this list that I haven't been to is Smoky. Look beautiful.

Good heads up. Im into backpacking so I would probably look for a backcountry pass. Seems like you could get away from the crowds easily enough. Bet its killer in the fall.

You make such a great thoughtful argument TSully – there are absolutely no words that I can say in response. However, what about the folks that are conservative that cannot support either candidate? We have on one hand a completely pathological liar and on the other… oh wait.
Don't forget the RoundUp! Sprinkle a little on the veggies and it's delicious!

Add Bill Whittle (Afterburner) and Chuck Woolery in the mix too. I believe it would be better for a Whittle/Rowe 2020 ticket.
But I’m still holding out hope for Cruz/Rowe 2020 ticket that will save the country.
and hatred is so much easier, just look at the Middle East. “They” have it better over there – they must be evil – let’s teach our children to hate.
It never hit me how much God loves us until I had my own children – and my understanding is just a glimpse of how much he loves us. Love is much more powerful, even though it doesn’t look like it these days.

You do realize there is absolutely no chance that IL will vote for Trump over Hillary – dont you? So – like I said – my vote doesn’t matter anyway. I have the luxury of realizing that the cities of Chicago and Joliet pretty much overrides all other counties in IL – however IL, as did 47 other states, went for Reagan back in ’80 and voted for Reagan and Bush1 in ’84, and ’88.

Agreed – thanks
I’m either voting for Gary Johnson, or write-in Ted Cruz – I cannot abide voting for a man that I loathe and a woman who is not fit for running the lemonade stand down the street let alone as the leader of the free world.
