I feel for this child’s parents. My son had a cancerous brain tumor. He was one of the lucky ones however and survived. Maybe she will too! Prayers for this little girl! On a side note, Kristen Bell should be commended for doing this. It brought some joy during a hard time. Thanks to her!

I watched that video of her being pulled over. First of all, the cop that pulled her over should have never pulled her out of the car. He was a bully. I am the first to defend cops but this was harassment. I don’t know if this was one of those states that don’t even allow you to smoke in your own car but it seemed a little ridiculous for all this to have started over a stupid argument. As far as her committing suicide, I believe this part. But I believe they put her in the situation.

He is actually turning my head towards Cruz. I don’t know if this was the intention. However, because of his involvement congress did have hearings about the subject and are now at least listening to some Americans who are hurting because of immigration problems in this country.

Church is not a place. You can’t destroy the church by destroying a building. The church is in your heart and minds of Christians. All they need is a place to come together for worship. We make these places for it but it can be anyplace. A home, a school cafeteria, an old store front, a beach. Anywhere a group of people get together to worship. These people know that.

You know you say that and you don’t know this girl. If it was Miley Cirus you would be singing her praises. She is smart and with it. She was going to marry this guy. She had no reason to think any different. Almost on the eve of her wedding she finds out the guy is still married and he knew it! So don’t judge someone until you live a day in their shoes!

Mike, I used to believe this too. I was born and raised in Alabama but I read diary entries and legislation put forth at that time and I now believe that slavery was a huge issue that could not be put aside any longer. If they could have had the southern states sign the constitution in 1776 and abolished slavery with it at that time they would have but it already had a foothold in the south. Many people were responsible for slavery and many people owned them both in the North and the South. Let’s give credit to our country for finally finishing this horrible part of our history, even though it took a lot out of us to do it. The terrible lie told to farmers and poor people who fought for the south and didn’t own slaves still perpetuates today. I do believe these people were brave and honorable people and thought they were fighting for a good and noble cause. The flag that is flown is for them in my eyes but it does belong in a museum and those days should not be forgotten. Any time we have war or horror we should remember or times like that will return and it will be repeated. We cannot wipe the slate clean but we can remember not to repeat our mistakes.

This is what those “Black Lives Matter” people should be looking into. But that doesn’t get you the attention does it? I am sorry but if my family was lost one by one to gang violence I would be outraged and demanding protection instead of making it go away. Lawlessness does not make your life better.

This pope has started with the global warming thing. How long before we start a conversation about population explosion being a big part of that? He has started an initiative with all religions to form one religion. This will make Rome a large part of the political process and a true powerhouse in the world. Much like it was in the days when Rome ruled the world during Constantine’s time.

This is why I am not a fan of the word race or racist when describing different people other than ourselves. We are not a different race. We are only different in our nationality origin. As in animals with different breeds we tend to have different traits depending on our origin. We are all the human race. Just like all dogs are dogs. All cats are cats. All humans are humans. Let’s drop this word race and racist from our vocabulary. We will still have bigots and I doubt we will ever get rid of them but once we get rid of this term and see each other as the same we will never be the same.

Rumour you could not be more wrong about this. While in some cases this may be true there are many more that are not. I once actually met a person who was involved with a man who trolled the internet for young boys who were confused and would talk them into leaving home and coming to live with him. He was actually one of those boys at one time. I tried to tell him this was wrong and that man should be in jail but he didn’t believe me. I was right and he was eventually arrested. Luckily my friend had moved on by then and was not caught up in the mess and arrested as well. It made me realize how much of the gay community could actually be pedophiles instead of gays. So I am always suspicious of the gay agenda. This is after Transgender. You wait, it is coming. We will be made to accept pedophilia as a normal activity.

I love some of the videos on youtube that have them talking. They are so well done and being the owner of cats and dogs I can appreciate the hard work it takes to make such a charming video. I will find someone who does these spend a whole day watching and laughing. It does make my day so to speak and lift my spirits. Something has to these days.

If I was this bus driver I would get another job because my health would be worth so much more. If you think those kids are going to learn a lesson? Let’s just say he should be out beating the streets looking for better employment.

Why is it that when someone’s Christian views are different than your own it is always a “cult”? This is so bothersome to me. When did this all happen? When I think of cult I think of people who follow a man not God but a man who thinks of himself as God. Like Charles Manson or Jim Jones. But lately if you are a member of certain churches you belong to a “cult”. I think you need to give this word a rest.

Just because he is a war hero doesn’t mean he can’t ever be a jerk! I hope that girl finds some happiness for herself and her son.

I know this is in SA but it reminds me of all those commercials from the security companies where the bad guys are always white. The last one has the representative of the system as black with the poor victims inside as black in their huge home and these evil white guys trying to get in. They are so obvious about their pc leanings it is ridiculous.

Read the book “Hell’s Guest” by a surviving member of the Bataan Death March and you will understand why I agree with you. After reading that book and personally meeting the author I can tell you that I believe every word written in it. It has been backed up by other survivors still living. Those Japanese who did this were the ones we fought and they were relentless.
