  Broussard did a great job. If only more people would stand up for what they truly believe, instead of kowtowing to the homosexualists out of fear. Tens of millions of Americans believe as Broussard, yet you wouldn’t know it by reading mainstream news.

  Liberals speak often of tolerance, but they only tolerate Liberals and idiotic and anti-American Liberal ideas. For instance, Liberals hate Christianity and conservative Bible believing Christians are persona non grata in any gathering of Liberals. Liberals are extremely intolerant concerning Christianity because of its insistence upon personal responsibility and moral absolutes

  B-rad, I definitely can respect and admire your opinion. And in this case, we agree. This is NOT about ‘equality’ but the abolition of the traditional family. Traditional family has been a bulwark of our freedom and society. Libertarians, tradition-affirming liberals and conservatives alike should be dismayed at that trend.

  In Lexington, Kentucky, a t-shirt shop called Hands On Originals was approached by the Gay and Lesbian Services Organization about printing shirts for the group. The t-shirt company politely declined and even sought out quotes and gave the group referrals to other t-shirt printers along with comparable prices. They were promptly sued by the group under Lexington’s anti-discriminatory laws and forced to comply with a lengthy investigation.

  Leftist groups are trying to get the company evicted from their premises, the city now has school districts freezing their business with the privately owned company. Meanwhile, the owner of the company tried to defend his faith and decision in an op/ed in the paper.

  A Methodist church in New Jersey was sued for not offering its facility for use during same sex weddings. A judge ruled against them.

  An employee of Allstate insurance wrote an essay online disagreeing with same sex marriage and was reportedly fired from his job as a result. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1448090/posts

  Catholic Charities was barred from assisting in adoptions in Massachusetts, Washington DC, and Illinois and excluded from future contracts because they declined to consider same sex couples. Sorry kids, but the gay agenda impresarios need to make an example.

  Notice that nobody is telling anyone whom he or she can or cannot love. Every person, regardless of orientation, is free to enter into private romantic relationships with whomever he or she chooses. But there is no general right to have any relationship recognized as marriage by the government, including homosexual marriage.

  The states that voted in November to redefine marriage did so with slim margins, none garnering more than 53 percent of the vote. The tiny victories were despite record-breaking funding advantages, sitting governors campaigning for same-sex marriage and strong support among the media.

  Before these four aberrations, 32 states had voted on the definition of marriage. Each and every time they voted to affirm marriage as the union of one man and one woman. Of the six states that recognized same-sex marriage before the November election, none arrived there through a vote by the people. Each redefinition was imposed by state legislatures and courts. Overall, Americans remain strongly in favor of traditional marriage.
