Surprised to hear that there were no casualties. Stupidity is everywhere.

I remember when we filled it in. On one hand, I’m a firm believer that government has no business in scientific endeavor. On the other hand, I do recognize that many of our achievements would have come MUCH later, had it not been for government. But, in the end, politicians waste more money than we’ve probably gained from it. SSC would have been a step beyond LHC, I think.

I know that girl. No. She’s not.

    Here! Here!

No. Mind blowing is maintaining flight, yourself.

I was thinking the same thing.

There are wonderful parents who are trying their best to take care of their child and are still having their imperfect decisions being second-guessed by others.

    Then, there’s this.

    The magic of pi.

So, I guess throwing them into an active volcano is probably out of the question, huh?

Isn’t it funny how only the stuff that the progressives dislike is deemed unconstitutional? But, the stuff that REALLY IS unconstitutional is allowed to remain in force….

It was probably just an accident… like the time that I copied almost the entire Cliff Notes of “The Scarlet Letter” and turned it in as my own book report. I was under a lot of stress at the time. President Nixon was under fire for Watergate.

Those were the days…. Back then, if we caught our president doing something illegal, the whole country came together in condemning him and forcing him from office.

It’s hard to believe that it was only 68 years ago that we were learning of the Holocaust and that the entire world, including the French, were proclaiming the atrocities committed by the Nazis. To that end, the nation of Israel was reborn in a single day, by vote of most of the world’s nations.

Now, just 66 years after the rebirth of Israel, I am amazed that no one seems to remember anything.

That is truly AMONG the most ignorant statements I’ve ever read from Bloomberg. The thing that makes it more ignorant is that he goes on to call Ben Gurion the most secure airport in the world (which is probably accurate). So, which is it? Did the FAA do it for political reasons, or did they do it because of stupidity? It’s one or the other.

    Dear Massachusetts,

If you elect him, you deserve him.

    Dear IRS Employees:

If you didn’t have anything to do with attacking your fellow Americans, hold your head high. You may be one of the few.

If you did have something to do with attacking your fellow Americans, hold your head in shame, look at your feet, and don’t trip over anything while you run and hide.

If what he says is true, then he has reason to be upset. At this point, I don’t know what to think. My inclination is to believe him.

If Palestine were to lay down their guns tomorrow, there would be no war. If Israel were to lay down theirs, there would be no Israel – Benjamin Netanyahu

We already have big government. I’m more afraid that we are stuck with it until it inevitably fails.
