  While out on a pontoon boat in Maine my family and I saw a bald eagle slowly circling over the water about 50 feet from our position. There were some loon swimming and diving for fish in the vicinity. Suddenly the eagle dove toward the water just as a loon was surfacing with about an 8 inch fish in its’ bill. The eagle grabbed the fish and flew back up skyward without hardly making a splash. The loon looked around as if to say “What the hey……?”

  My understanding is that in Utah, because the referee has died, the teenager is automatically tried as an adult.
