“Religion has actually convinced people that there’s an invisible man living in the sky who watches everything you do, every minute of every day. And the invisible man has a special list of ten things he does not want you to do. And if you do any of these ten things, he has a special place, full of fire and smoke and burning and torture and anguish, where he will send you to live and suffer and burn and choke and scream and cry forever and ever ’til the end of time!
But He loves you.—-George Carlin

Hmmm… The Old Testament is based upon an angry god just itching to destroy entire cities, and then every person on earth except 1 family. The New Testament begins with this angry god’s ‘son’ being killed in a horrific way. Brutal acts in brutal times. Just like Game of Thrones. Read the Thrones books folks, they’re much better than the show
Thank you for admiting you aren't well read. You'd make Thomas Jefferson weep. Especially since there were way less books back then. Even Jefferson actually read the Bible. You should read books before critiquing them. No one said you had to believe it.
HELLO THIS IS WHOMEVER! THE WINDS ARE HOWLING & THE EARTH IS SHAKING & I’M IN FEAR FOR MY LIFE! BUT IT’S CALLED WEATHER & GEOLOGY…WHY SOFTEN IT WITH ‘GLOBAL WARMING’ OR ‘CLIMATE CHANGE?’ IT’S WEATHER…

I hate to say it, but we will be forced to use our nuclear arsenal against these bitter, delusional men and the common people of the Middle East, and more of the world will suffer for it. Always the way of war…When push comes to shove the stronger wins if they can and are forced to make that choice.
But if it comes down to it, I say turn them to glass…
Yep - that's my view.....BIG TIME STUFF, Not just a few drones to stir the pot.
COMPLETE WIPE-OUT IS ALL YOU CAN UNDERSTAND....well for a second or two and then.......
The sad part is you don't speak for all the people.....maybe they will take you out...and I don't mean for lunch.
Amen to that!

Apparently, insomnia is a common thing today. Could it be input overload, in a society that needs to stay connected no matter where they are? We were born with the instincts to avoid danger and eat and sleep and wonder at this vast world. Is it so surprising that partitioning existence into little bits is messing with that natural order? Hey, I love tech but sometimes I wonder at the consequences…

This is why I never hand a ticket to a clerk without knowing what the prize is. In my store I used to have people come in with a stack of tickets, hand them to me and ask “Are any of these winners?”. If you’re that lazy and/or stupid, maybe you shouldn’t play at all…
