Rush helped me understand the impact of the BP spill. He compared the oil spilt into the Gulf to an 8 or 16 oz soda spilling in the University of Michigan stadium (100,000+ capacity). That really helps put it in perspective.

Go buy a gun. It’s good for the environment.
Protect the border. It’s good for the environment.
Stop Iranian nuclear proliferation. It’s good for the environment.
All of those statement are true. The left might not like them but who gives a cr@p what they think?

@STM62 Why does it take decades? Because the liberal lie is easier. Imagine never having to admit you’re wrong or that you don’t know something. When confronted with the truth, ad hominem attacks just slide of the tongue. Liberals don’t have to research information. Everyone is saying the same thing so it must be true. You are held up as an intellectual genius on scholastic campuses across the land. Self righteousness is very good for ego enhancement. Since becoming a conservative (thank you, Mr. Obama) I have had to investigate, relearn, and research. It’s time consuming and difficult at times. I know now that it is one of the costs of freedom and I will never be lulled to sleep again. One thing I never expected, though, was how much happier and content I am.
