Of course it’s the parents’ job to teach their children about the Bible. Parents, Sunday School teachers, pastors… they’re not advocating for religious teachings. My senior year in high school, my Advanced English/Literature teacher had petitioned the school board to be allowed to teach the Bible in our class for the very purpose outlined in Burnett/Downey’s letter; to teach the source of inspiration for such a vast array of paintings, books, plays, movies, etc. She never once preached to us, in fact, I am not sure she was very religious herself. If she was she never came off as such. She even had a huge stack of Bibles for each of us to be able to reference. It was an amazing course and definitely served its purpose. I agree, this should be taught in all public schools!

I know people who believe the Illuminati exists are supposed to be wacko conspiracy theorists, along the lines of Alex Jones, but we’re not all crazy. It’s more comfortable to believe things like this aren’t taking place but they are, especially in the entertainment industry, mainly in music. Beyonce is Illuminati, so is her husband, so are many, many others. If those who doubt would actually look in to the extremely common symbolism in their music videos you couldn’t explain it away. The only thing that would have made her hand gesture more obvious is if she had flashed it over one eye. Oh well. She is, many of us know she is but… nothing you can do about it. PS- I don’t believe 9/11 was the government or that Sandy Hook didn’t happen. But I’m crazy, right?

So cool!! I had no idea and I love that she’s been bold enough to come out with this. I received the gift of the Holy Ghost when I was 9. It’s not a big deal but what she doesn’t quite understand is it’s not a language they speak in Heaven that only God understands, it’s an “unknown tongue” and in the Book of Acts those who came and saw the first group speaking in tongues heard people speaking in their native tongues (the ones who were watching). You’re speaking in a language that is unknown to you but could quite possibly be known to someone else. Love this article :)

If so, they need to proofread before they post. If not, I was under the impression that The Blaze was so far removed from liberal media who loves to blame killings on guns. Excuse me, but the .223 Bushmaster didn’t kill 26 in Newtown, a maniac 20 year old did. The .223 Bushmaster didn’t kill a firefighter here, that maniac who was let out of prison after killing his grandmother with a hammer did! And what in the world is the prison system for if a person who is sick enough to kill family with a hammer can get freed? There’s no rehabilitating that level of evil! None! Sick.

WOW… so cynical. God can use anyone He chooses to show Heaven to while they’re still on this earth. He’s chosen several that I’ve heard of, from Christian women to children to this neurosurgeon. In my opinion, who better than a neurosurgeon, the very profession that has tried to explain away the “tunnel of light” as synapses firing off in the brain as the body dies, to tell the world that he was wrong, that his profession was wrong and that Heaven is real? I’d say God chose him for this specific purpose.

Since when is paying your respects and showing tribute to 26 slain victims “political messaging”? What politics are directly involved with writing the names of the victims on your shoes and “RIP SHES” (Rest In Peace, Sandy Hook Elementary School or Students)? His shoes said nothing about gun control or anything. He merely wrote their names. What he did should be smiled upon, not condemned. How many of you out there paid any tribute, paid your respects, wore Green & White on Monday or did ANYTHING but blast off your mouths for or against gun control or the celebrities or politicians who paid tribute? Huh? Get off your high horse.

He may have been obsessed with the OT but you can do that and still worship Satan. Satan knows the Word better than any of us. What did he try to use to tempt Christ? Yes, scripture. Journalists like that are cowards.
