Why is it necessary to have a State law that grants citizens permission to exercise their Constitutional rights?

Your ashes may stay there for a while, but you definitely will not.

“It is appointed unto man once to die, and after this the judgment.”

Everybody will live somewhere forever – but that is Heaven or Hell.

I used to put away TEN hotdogs with buns and “the works” during a 30-minute school lunch – and was still skinny because I was so active outside of the classroom with sports, farm chores, etc.

I absolutely do not understand this regulation of calories at school – and then the kids go home and eat all kinds of junk food purchased with mama’s food stamps.

But the Democrat way is treat everyone as equals, except that some are more equal than others.

I wonder how many congressmen, senators, government officials, and the POTUS and VPOTUS are willing to eat as few calories at lunch/

She is out of control and slapping/hitting the officer every chance she can, and he gets blamed for “violently pulling” her ponytail?

    Slant the headlines much?

but the shouting …. and the rioting that will follow.

It wouldn’t be at all “petty and ridiculous” to factor in a President’s reluctance to go on the record. The only thing that could hurt President Obama is if he is trying to hide something.

    Which he is.

    Many somethings.

While the church may have violated “the law,” it did NOT violate the Constitution, which is the highest Law of this country.

Also remember that our founding fathers violated “the law” when they seceded from England, and Rosa Parks violated “the law” when she refused to sit at the back of the bus.

Churches are automatically tax exempt, but they are NOT automatically 501(c)3 organizations. If they want the 501(c)3 designation, they must go through the same application process as any other 501(c)3 – and the application is NOT automatically approved nor guaranteed approval.

    Do some fact checking, Blaze.

    Publiuspencilman,

The issue wasn’t participation and membership, it was LEADERSHIP positions. Do you think that the MSA will allow non-Muslims to be the president/director/leader/mullah of that organization? I suspect not.

ENCINOM, your liberal non-thinking non-skills are showing again.

It is a PRIVATE business, not the government’s business. Remember that the Constitution prohibits Congress from making any law that prohibits the free exercise of any individual’s religion. The farm owners have the Constitutional right to lease their facilities according to their religious beliefs.

I know, I know, you liberals can’t understand that forcing someone to respect someone else’s debauchery infringes on the rights of the first individual, but, hey, I tried.

JROOK, why do you think that an international agreement to ban landmines would stop terrorists and thugs and rogue nations from using them?

It would be about as effective a plan as banning chemical weapons or banning some country like Iran or Korea from having nukes; and would rank right up there with banning handguns here in the U.S.

10.5% unemployment and California remains blue?

Oh, yeah, I forgot. Higher numbers living off of our taxes and their Obama phones.

I find it highly offensive that four of our citizens are brutally savaged and murdered, and our President lies consistently about it for weeks.
