  Here’s a quick question: Were people getting married before, say, the Bible? Because yes, yes they were. Deal with it.

  You don’t get to claim it’s your religious event. Other religions marry. NON-religious people marry. And now people you don’t like get to marry. It’s fantastic.

  It’s a plan to get gay people to marry just like straight people. And the “plan” to get gays accepted in the military is so they could fight to defend their country without having to pretend they’re someone else. You want to wave your flag around and say you’re an America-loving Christian? Stop acting like a fascist oppressor. This country is about freedom, not being told what to think.

  @Ryan,

  Gay suicide is a horrible thing happening, and it’s ONLY happening because of people like the Blazers who want to demonize people for being different. If you know anyone who needs advice or support, I’d strongly recommend looking up Dan Savage. He has a great wealth of inspirational words for young gay people who need a caring word instead of “you’re going to hell, I want to beat you, you shouldn’t be allowed to marry.”

  He has a BigThink video interview and goes over some great things about acceptance. Since The Blaze posted the BigThink interview with Penn, I’m sure this link will be fine:
