In 1884, the Supreme Court in Elk v. Wilkins noted that the language of the Civil Rights Act was condensed and rephrased in the Fourteenth Amendment and that courts can therefore look to the Civil Rights Act to understand better the meaning of the Fourteenth Amendment. The Court reasoned that if a person is a foreign citizen, then their children are likewise not constitutionally under the jurisdiction of the United States, and therefore not entitled to citizenship. In fact, the Court specifically then added that this rule is why the children of foreign ambassadors are not American citizens

No Chuck, that just puts her in the same “stupid” category as O’Reilly.

Coulter is “brilliant” one who said we should elect McConnell because “we can control him”. That worked out well.
Does that somehow make O'Reilly right about "anchor babies"??
Ann needs to be deported to Iraq

State’s rights, really? Have you read the Confederate Constitution? A state had to comply FULLY to be included. How is that state rights? It seemed to be more about private property rights than state rights.

” government letting two gay people do something” – THE PROBLEM!!!! Where does said government get such authority to let anyone do anything? Please find this authority for me, better yet, for yourself so you may know the truth and your rights. The ENTIRE problem is the government sticking their noses where they do not belong and perverting an institution of unelected people who also have ZERO authority to do their dirty work.
"letting people do something" is the same as saying "the government not prohibiting people from doing something".....It is a different way to say the same thing but if the semantics trip you up then go with the latter.
'Where does the government the the authority'
It makes the laws, and there are laws concerning marriage. Boy that was hard.
Will you still say that, when you or one of yours drives thru there and gets nailed ?
Interstate means that road is funded by the Federal Government. It is not a LOCAL issue when our ability to freely move through the country is hampered by some small town that thinks that road belongs to them.
Oh and I live in Montana, I live in a small town, the small towns they talk about in the article, are the size of the county seat in my county.

My Bible has all kinds of passages where Jesus tells we the people to take care of people and never mentions it being government’s job. Maybe I have the wrong Bible. Progressives better hope so because my Bible also tells that it will not be good for those who teach His people false teachings. Not sure which Bible the Progressives are reading, but I think I will stick with my Founder’s Bible.
Progressives don't read the Bible. Progressive don't read history. Progressives don't do anything that takes effort.
Progressives are good at hearing something, twisting it about, bastardizing the original message to fit their own agendas and demanding that all conform.

BIG TIME JOKE – if they are serious they would impeach. They know there are enough mindless rubes to fall for this nonsense and they will eat it up. It is getting more and more embarrassing to be an American each passing day. As Michelle has never been prouder – I have never been more ashamed of the country.

Because we are just as corrupt as the evil ones – we will be brought to our knees one way or another.

The Dems pulled the SAME thing in AR in our primaries. They turned out huge to give RINO Asa Hutchinson our gubernatorial victory in the primary as well as our AG. I will NOT be voting for either of the gubernatorial candidates I am done with that – just hope NOT to have the same situation in ’16 with the Presidential race – but I fear it will be the exact same.

So many BETTER things to go after Wal-Mart for. I live in AR – why not talk about how they block Costco, Kroger, and other grocery chains from opening in NW Arkansas as well as other parts of AR. How about the law they got passed that does NOT allow franchises/chains to have MORE than 1 in a 25-mile radius when you can find NUMEROUS Super Centers and Neighborhood Markets in the same 25-mile radius? I have 2 Neighborhood Markets within 8 miles of my house AND they are building a Super Center right across the street from where I live. Wal-Mart may be charitable, but they are a DETRIMENT to competition in my area (I imagine others as well). I have stopped shopping there many years ago, and despite having numerous friends and acquaintances that work for Corporate – I REFUSE to go back. I wish Sam were still around – he would CLEAR house!
They don't have the power to block anything. Your problem is with your city council members. And I'd LOVE it if a super store opened up near me! One stop shopping - yay!
Are you sure about the way that law is written? From your post I could almost interpret it to say that Wal-Mart can not operate a second Wal-Mart within a 25 mile radius of another Wal-Mart. You say there are 2 neighborhood markets and a super center going in near you. It sounds as if competition is alive and well!
Also, Wal-Mart does in fact help other businesses thrive. They provide the basics at less cost, which means people have more money to spend on other things from electronics to art, music lessons, movies, cars and organic ___. Whatever people want to spend their money on, they have more to spend if their essentials are costing them less.
A Meijer's Superstore opened within a mile of the Walmart Superstore, and I think both will survive....The K-mart is another thing...doubt it will keep up...
They are not the only chain that does that. Many big box stores do the same thing, I our area Walmart could not open because of the Sunshine Market. Once that market closed, Walmart came and now employees hundreds of people while Sunshine only had less than 100 employees. So It all depends on how you look at it.
I'm not a fan of Walmart and rarely shop there because I prefer Quality than price. I also don't think Walmart is that cheap. They are more expensive because I normally find better deals at local supermarkets.

Tell me more about that – I live in AR – I only have a week and a half.

Now that is reported on – better find a new system – THIS ONE is done!
Not much different than at Sears. If a price ends in .88 then it's an item on the way out of their lineup. Particularly useful when you're about to purchase a large item, you can tell if you're getting a good deal on model soon to be outdated, or if you should wait for the new model which is coming out soon.
Why change systems? The goal for any retailer is to move merchandise out of the store. If they want to move the out of date stuff faster, allowing the customers to know what is on the way out and of a limited quantity will help reach that goal.
Really means nothing...they can just as easily be raising the price on a top seasonal seller.
Bottom line? Paying less for an item you don't need or won't use, isn't saving...it's just spending less.
What difference is it going to make. 99% of the goods sold by this company was bought in CHINA. It just a matter of time before it is sold. China need to sell everything it can. 20% of CHINA farm land is polluted with arsenic. Eat up America..
Costco is hardly a money saving experience. How many people actually leave the store's check outs without spending at least $100.00. By the time you factor in the $50 member fee, as well as the quantities you end up throwing away because you have to buy large volume items, how is that saving? When I go to Aldi's grocery store, I can buy items individually so I only get as much as I need, and it's still at a lower per item cost than Costco. Do the math yourself.
the idea is to move the item it works better if more know it, in retail the quicker items move the next one can go in its place thing is the next time you com in it will not be there till nexr season
Look for a lot more asteriks to appear on high-ticket items.

This is NOT abuse of power by the Supreme Court – this is OUR fault – we allowed Progressives to give courts power NOT granted in Article III. TODAY, too many citizens have NO idea what the Supreme Court was established to do. Article V is the ONLY option left – the others will lead to our enslavement and destruction. MY soul is being tried.
If the power of the courts was as limited as you want it to be, then there would never have been a court case for you to disagree with the ruling in. The family would have been gone as soon as their original asylum application was turned down and there would have been no series of court cases as they kept trying again because no court would ever have been given the power to overrule a decision on an asylum application.
