  There’s no such thing as a female pastor as per God’s word. 1 Tim 2:11-12 and for the reason 1 Tim 2:13-14 God, through the apostle Paul, restricts women from serving in roles of teaching and/or having spiritual authority over men. This precludes women from serving as pastors over men, which definitely includes preaching to, teaching, and having spiritual authority. For the QUALIFICATIONS of a Pastor 1 Tim 3. Not only is she in direct disobedience to God’s word biblical Pastors give a lot more to the church than 10% as many of the congregation do also.

  She should be embarrassed making an issue out of something and not having a forgiving heart and causing somebody to lose their job over her pride which is another sin then demanding that all involved be fired. What a poor, poor example of somebody calling themselves a christian.
