  This fool from the IRS is too dumb to realize that he has been thrown under the bus to distract the public from the crimes of his predecessor, who has subsequently been transferred to another position. They need to call the previous director and see how she responds. Maybe the public serving of a subpoena to appear before a Grand Jury will get peoples attention.
