Well first off, she is 12 or 13 (so grow up? tantrum? do any of you a-holes have kids?), and secondly, I watched it and I heard her mother say, “it’s going to be alright”, and the little girl said, “mommy you promise me?” Why would her mother promise her a win? How could she? Nobody promises thier kid a win in competition, you say just do your best.

Also the entire crowd was chanting for her to stay on the show and send home the other guy. That guy was in the bottom for 3 straight weeks or something, she never had been. I’m sure she was devastated, her (white) family is poor and this was a big chance for her. Jeez cut her some slack, she’s just a kid.

Stewart goes with what he thinks his audience wants, it’s a comedy show not a news show. This obviously tells me that the overall support for this movement is falling and he doesn’t want to be on the wrong side of the popularity index.

And who will provide them with the cheap housing and great salaries and benefits and food and medical… who’s wealth will be distributed and how much will everyone get? Who decides what people should get, is it based on your value to society? If I am a Doctor do I get more than an Airline Mechanic, both our jobs are vital and lives are on the line. But if I am a maid what do I get, the same as the Doctor? More because I’m poor? Less? Who and what decides this? At what level do I become a “rich” person and my wealth beyond a certain level is taken from me?

Utopia is a mythological place, it can’t forced into existence. Remember the Eloi from The Time Machine? All their needs were met each day by the Morlocks, so the Eloi just sat around and did nothing, no art, no music, no science, they just sat around living content with what they had. Then the Morlocks ate their lazy asses. Is that the future you want?

LOL! Yeah Toby in Texas (but not Austin, they might actually cheer the protesters), but in my neck of the woods that pig won’t fly brother! There would have been arrests, and ambulances, and a barbecue.

I’m pretty sure that Ref has never killed any black people, I know I haven’t, yet I have paid for the past. Those drops in the bucket are starting to add up, what do you want to do, ignore it for now, deal with it when it overflows, I’m pretty sure that’s what our white ancestors did when they ignored slavery and allowed it, even participated in it. If they had dealt with it back then maybe we wouldn’t have this problem today.

We have already been labeled as racists. Let’s face it we must all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately.

Then most of the old testament should be banned, and a few things in the new testament and of course revelations basically kills half the people on earth. And lets not forget the wrath of God which can be quite violent and merciless. But yeah good call there on the national anthem

These paid trolls with there great love of Jesus and how Glenn abandoned him, they are simply trying to divide this community and diffuse the good message Glenn has given the world. Don’t fall for it. When speaking to a mixed religion audience you do not spam your beliefs in their face. You try to remain central and focus on what all can believe in, so all feel the message. This is not a denial of anything, it is a reaching out to your fellow man and asking for and giving forgiveness in the name of God.

True Blazers, don’t fall for this crap, the trolls are getting good at slipping in and acting like us, using our own words and beliefs to fool us. Just listen to the message, the troll doubt’s, denies, and suspects. Glenn’s message…belief, truth and trust.

@MAPROG – so you read the article on The Daily Beast By Michelle Goldberg…

Wow good choice to get your news from that source, not slanted at all. Frankly, I find all of it out of context bull crap, cobbled together by a failed liberal journalist on a failing publication. Yet these are the facts your going with according to you; a known anti-Semite organizes and holds a rally in Israel in support of Jews and their right to live, 1000′s attend, millions watch, he speaks of love, peace and forgiveness. But secretly he wishes to convert them? WTF?! I watched all of this on GBTV and saw nothing of the kind. Are you really that ignorant?

Yes there is/was hatred for the Jews by many Christians, but today, TODAY I think you will find it very hard to find even one and that is because of one mans influence, one mans courage to take a stand and let the world know that the hatred must stop.

And your contribution to humanity is what exactly? mmmHmmm..punka$$

The original Tea Party (Boston) was a mob, trespassed and destroyed private property. Protesting is part of the founding of America. However, I feel like these guys don’t have the same good intentions, they seem to revel in the chaos and destruction. What do they expect to gain from this? Do they think the CEO’s, Bankers etc… will come out of their office and beg for forgiveness and give them all money?

Disruption at this scale seems overkill for this situation, they seem to be picking on what they think is a common enemy to all Americans so the rest of us kinda want to join them, or we don’t blame them for hating Wall Street. I think a lot of this is pent up rage fomented during the Bush era, they just weren’t organized enough back then to strike out, but now they feel the President has there backs so they can cut loose.

And how do they have time for this stuff? Doesn’t any of them work? Jeez…
