  • @GhostofJefferson,

I agree with you, I just thought it would be fun to point it out! Every rep my friends and I have contacted regarding SB18, say they are voting against it, and remind us to look at SB36, which they say they are going to vote for. Have a great day!

  • @GhostofJefferson

Yes it’s true Ohio jumped on the anti-federal gun ban with State SB36

But the libs in Ohio also have the ban-ALL-semi-auto-firearms-that-can-accept-magazines-which-hold-10-or-more-rounds / create-registry-database also known as State SB18… http://www.legislature.state.oh.us/BillText130/130_SB_18_I_Y.pdf

  • So she claims Christmas is unconstitutional… Does she, or most atheists for that matter, realize that America was founded on Christian beliefs. Heck more than half of the signers of the Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution held seminary degrees (Including some of our first Presidents). Not only that but Congress funded the printing of the Bible for schools. Oh yeah, Thomas Jefferson helped that come to fruition (for the atheists who say Thomas Jefferson was one of them).

What kills me is when atheists site the 1ST Amendment, they forget the second part of the religious part of the text :”Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…: <–Which says the shall not PROHIBIT the free exercise of religion either!!!!

And personally it doesn't matter to me if Dec 25th is the official birth date of Jesus or not, it is a time to remember and celebrate His birth!!!

To the atheists on here who are respectful of Christianity, THANK YOU, I really do appreciate that!

  • Well according to the progressive movement number 1 would be correct, but for those of us that who live in reality it would be number 2, unfortunately there aren’t enough people who live in reality anymore!

  • They won’t ban movies/shows with guns. They will just pixelate any guns in the scene, just like many networks do with “nude” shots…

  • I have mixed emotions about this. I worked as a waiter (20 years ago), and if I did a lousy job I didn’t get a tip, if I did a good job I did. I have a great job now, and I do take my family out to eat once a week. Being that I was a waiter at one time I base my tips on the service, If it su(ks they don’t get a monetary tip but will usually get a hand written note with a “tip” on how to improve their service! If it is mediocre service they get 3-7%, and if it is great then they get 15-20%. No where in this article did it say how the service was….

With that said, I can understand the note. I have a family of six, I can’t always afford to pay a large tip on top of my bill, but I still take MY family out as a reward for US…not for the waiter(ess)… And more often then not the service industry has been pretty crappy lately. The waiter(ess)s act like they don’t want to be working or they don’t have the time for you…yet it is their JOB! It’s called CUSTOMER SERVICE… so put on the fake smile and act like you care…and maybe I will tip you better (even if I don’t really have the cash to do so)…

I personally think this is a hoax… but what do I know… Oh yeah I know tipping is OPTIONAL (unless you have a party of 8 or more then we’ll automatically add 15-25% depending on where you live)

  • LOL….Nice!! :-)

  • Awesome! Way to go!

  • It’s sad this happened, unfortunately it will probably turn into a political agenda for gun bans / more gun control. To the Students, Staff, and Parents, we will keep you in our thoughts and prayers!

I think it’s time to start arming the school administrators and teachers!

  • @Desertrose1960 As someone who worked for Toyota, here in the states, they pay for the healthcare (okay I had to pay $25/paycheck because I got the Employee-Spouse-Family Buy Up plan {The very best offered}), plus the benefits (401K matching AND Toyota Pension, vacation, sick time, etc. ) are awesome, and the plants are clean and safe.

Yes it is true they have unionized plants in Japan (not all of them are by the way), but if the unions were to infiltrate the plants here in the USSA, they would RUIN it for the common worker. As an employee I had it made, I would say the second best job in my life!
