Rule no. 1 – Hire a lawyer. you may end up having to pay the ticket regardless but you likely will save hundreds of dollars in additional car insurance costs over several years due to the waiver of point$.
Rule no. 2 – Do ‘not’ admit to anything, let the court prove it. It’s not just the officers word.
Rule no. 3 – When asked if you understand the charge against you, if you say “I do not understand” the judge can not lawfully proceed with the case.
Poor college “children”. I suppose one could say their ‘safe space’ was violated.

@DruggedBunny: You are right, it’s a horrible thing that an Uber driver when wacko and shot some innocent bystanders, although they were not riders ….. so what’s your point??
Sadly, police officers, teachers, doctors and postal workers have been known to go ‘off the deep end’ and kill innocent people also. Probably crackhead rabbits too!
Other than that, you really don’t know what the h3ll you are talking about!
Ubers standards are very high and not just any John Doe is qualified to be a driver. They do extensive background checks and require registration and insurance information prior to acceptance.

Uber is so easy and basic to use it’s ridiculous. Request a ride, get in the car and go to your destination. How difficult is that? Lose something? That’s “your” fault …not Ubers.
BTW, if you want so-called better customer service, better plan on that cheap ride to cost you a whole lot more than half a cab fare!
Also, Remember to tip your Uber driver. They are providing you with a personal service and after gas, taxes and car ‘wear and tear’, drivers make about $9-$10 hr.
Wasn't there an Uber driver, driving around shooting people? Yep that's true. Houston is on the verge of telling Uber to take a hike or fill out the forms like everyone else. Uber lies and has no idea who the h3ll is driving for them. USE UBER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

This rates in the ‘Top Ten’ of the most ridiculous things I have ever read on here.
Probably all 10 are articles from Tre Goins-Phillips at The Blaze who is fascinated with MSDNC and posts bizarre claims and predictions. Articles such as this one make The National Enquirer look like a viable news source.

PauI Ryan needs to understand that he is not the one pulling the strings anymore. He is irrelevant and his political career is now over.
The Trump supporters support him out of anger. That will not change no matter what Trump says. They believe Trump will punish those they hate. Hatred is a strong motivator, which is why the left uses it effectively.

Rest assured Sadiq Khan is one guy who I doubt Trump will get along with.
0buma? Expect the muslim radical to be wined and dined at the White House …soon.
Blazing : Agree. Obama is part of the International Far Left which now rules London . All members of the " America Last " crowd.

Tear up your Target credit card and return any items (that are returnable) you have purchased within the past 90 days for a 100% refund. Tell the store manager you will never, ever shop at Target again.

I wonder if this niece is involved with the rest of Park’s family who are still fighting over her estate. What a mess it is!
Officer Cannarm sustained a head injury in this vicious attack and is recovering at home.. If you would like to support him and his family, there is a GoFundMe page that has been set up for him. https://www.gofundme.com/8xz4x9kk

This is where a person’s character comes in to play. If Fields was dishonest and of low integrity or if she had a bone to pick with the Trump campaign or was out to get Lewd-andowski for some unbeknownst reason, she could have claimed to have been groped by Lewd-andowski and then filed a sexual assault report.
The thing is, when a person such as Fields who is known in her field (no pun) to have high morals and upstanding character, you are generally considered by your peers and by a court of law to be one who is truthful and therefore believable.
Bottom line: Lewd-andowski forcefully grabbed her arm and then he lied about it. All Fields wanted was an apology yet due to the blatant arrogance of the Trump Posse it has transformed in to a matter much bigger than it should ever be.
Regardless of who you side with, we shall wait and see what the court says.
Keep laughing now, because come next tuesday when Cruz wins Wisconsin you can look back at these events and find your biggest reason why. All trump and his campaign had to do was say “these events were unfortunate, and while we do not believe the actions of Lewandowski warrant criminal charges, it is clear he acted inappropriately”.
Boom, controversy over. Instead Trump is getting truly AWFUL press leading up to a tight race in Wisconsin. Why? All because Trump, his campaign, and his truly delusional supporters are literally incapable of acknowledging simple facts and accepting personal responsibility.

Obviously, you don’t know Florida law. Regardless, what the hell gives a person the right to put their hands on another person?! Cory Lewd-andowski is not a bouncer, he is (was) a campaign manager. If Trump was being threatened by this innocent lady, the secret service would have taken care of the matter.

Moral of the story:
Men do not have any business “whatsoever” grabbing the arms of females, whether you like the person, or not.
Corey LEWD-and-OW-ski, is nothing but an arrogant fool.
This chump should be very grateful that FieIds is not my daughter.
If I'm ever a part of a rally or protest with that much trash, you have my permission to pepper spray me.
These people show up for conflict, so they are getting what they are looking for. The girl threw a punch, she should expect retaliation.

Not to worry. I’m quite sure MSU football Coach Dantonio will be taking a good long look at this.
MSU surely “does not” need ill-tempered thugs like Simmons on their championship caliber football team.
