The Supreme Court has already said that the federal government has no jurisdiction!
“Much of the Constitution is concerned with setting forth the form of our government, and the courts have traditionally invalidated measures deviating from that form. The result may appear `formalistic’ in a given case to partisans of the measure at issue, because such measures are typically the product of the era’s perceived necessity. But the Constitution protects us from our own best intentions: It divides power among sovereigns and among branches of government precisely so that we may resist the temptation to concentrate power in one location as an expedient solution to the crisis of the day.”

The only plausible reason this could happen is if Obama made a side deal with China and Russia NOT TO ATTACK IN THE EVENT OF A THIRD PARTY NUCLEAR STRIKE. Under outdated Mutually Assured Destruction (MAD) doctrine it was in the best interest of the nuclear powers to prevent nuclear proliferation.
To be honest there is no evidence that this has happened except for the military aggression of both China and Russia and Russia’s support for Iran’s nuclear program.

    13th Amendment
Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, EXCEPT AS A PUNISHMENT FOR CRIME WHEREOF THE PARTY SHALL HAVE BEEN DULY CONVICTED, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction. (EMPHASIS ADDED)
Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
Section 2 is important because it makes it clear that Governments have powers not rights. In the US the federal government has limited powers delineated in the Constitution, and the remaining powers are granted to the states. This stratification of powers was created so states don’t have to engage in the same social experiments of other states.
Section 1 makes it clear Slavery and Involuntary servitude (HARD LABOR) is constitutional for individuals who are CONVICTED IN COURT. There were abuses, such as the infamous Sothern chain gains.
This is important because human beings have certain rights as human beings. Citizens of the United States of America (US) have certain rights as citizens of the US. Citizens of the separate states have certain rights as citizens of each state. The right to life is a universal human right. The right to vote is a federal and a state right. A state may choose to allow felons to vote but it is still against federal law.
The first issue is that the Supreme Court has expanded the rights of citizenship to people who are not citizens of the US including convicted felons. The court has forced citizens of the states

The reason liberals are intimately familiar with tax loopholes is because they use them. That is why the IRS was used against conservatives. The liberals have given conservatives the blueprint for taking them out, and possibly paying down the debt.

Obama probably has “secret side deals” with Russia and China saying that the US won’t retaliate in the event of a first strike from a third party. That is the only explanation for the abandonment of tth policy of non proliferation and the reason Russia is supporting the Iranian bomb.

The reason the leftists came up with this strategy is because these are the kind of things they do. The know all the loopholes. That is why they knew what to look for.
They have given conservatives the blueprint to take down their foundations and PACs.

They will catch and release illegal aliens but will escalate a failure to signal to an three day incarnation. It doesn’t take long to loose hope. Just because one “follows procedure” doesn’t meant they did the right thing. IF the officer explained that some people attack police with lit cigarets instead of pushing the issue AT THE END OF THE TRAFFIC STOP.
Yes the woman was belligerent, AFTER, she was told to do something that didn’t make sense. It didn’t make sense to her because she didn’t get stopped by police very often.
The office was right. Deadly right.

There is no hypocrisy with Cruz. Regan’s 11th Commandment is don’t speak ill of other Republicans. Since Mitch McConnell isn’t a republican the Commandment isn’t broke. I am protesting the current “followership” by sending back every prepaid envelope the GOP sends me with a note that says either “DUMP MCCONNELL” or DUMP BOEHNER”. I don’t even bother filling out the “surveys” because apparently they don’t read them and I ignore the little note asking me to put a stamp on the envelope to save them money.

Military officials can not issue orders to civilians in the US. There was an old joke “I’m getting a promotion from Sergeant to PFC “Proud ******* Civilian.”

I pity you if you feel “If they were armed they would kill each other, and kill civilians in the towns in which they are stationed in numbers many times higher than the mere handful who have been lost to murders by outside attackers.”
This statement is incorrect if not a flat out lie. Military personnel are more often the victims in “military towns”. The men and women who volunteer are not the Forest Gump or Lt. Dan stereotypes. They are not there for “college money” or “because they couldn’t get real jobs”.
Consider this. They are not you. Look at what you have written and replace “they” with your name and you will see how YOU really are. The truth be told they are better men than you.

You are arguing from projection. You fear the military might take over the United State is they are armed because YOU would order the military to take over. The reason for the Second Amendment was to prevent the military from consolidating such power were the citizens could not resist by force of arms. Look at the theft of the canons that became “The Hancock” and “The Adams” from the organized militia in Boston.
The “practical concerns about an increase in accidents and criminal killings” it is a projection of your own inadequacies. Just because you are untrained and prone to accidents or perhaps have criminal intent I will not surrender by rights.

Liberals practice projection. For example Juan Williams is the kind of guy who will shoot someone in argument in the parking lot of a strip mall. Because he is such a good person (heavy sarcasm) he believes that everyone would shoot someone who gets in an argument in the parking lot of a strip mall.
This is a useful counter argument. When ever a liberal argues “this behavior will occur if…” counter with “Just because the kind of ******* who would do that doesn’t mean any one else would.”

If a relative refuses to participate in a homosexual wedding ceremony can you sue them for not participating? Why can you sue someone for not wanting to PARTICIPATE in a wedding ceremony?

What caliber is the pistol ammo? I’m in the market for a new sidearm and I want to be able to get ammo when the government gets stupid. By the way that is the way our founding fathers got most of their canons.

It’s not racist! It’s Heterophobia: the irrational fear that an individual will not be accepted by Heterosexuals.

There was a speech by Hillary gave at a women’s conference in January where she said something to like “We need gun control so we can have social justice.”
TRANSLATION: “We need to take their guns so we can redistribute their stuff.”

  • [3] June 29, 2015 at 7:33am

“Colorblindness” ” they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.”
That’s it! MKL is a microaggressor!

We were looking up “gun control” to see what the lunatic left had planed for us.
